摘要： The present invention discloses a cartridge for glass substrate and which includes a top wall, a bottom wall, at least a pair of sidewalls, a plurality of supporting rods, and an adjusting device. The plurality of supporting rods are arranged on the pair of sidewalls along a first horizontal direction across the pair of sidewalls such that a plurality of supporting surfaces configured by at least a pair of supporting rods facing each other from the paid of sidewalls are defined. The adjusting device is used to move one of the sidewall toward the other sidewall with respect to the top and bottom walls so as to change a span between the pair of sidewalls. As a result, the cartridge can be used to accommodate glass substrates with different dimensions.

摘要： The present invention discloses a roller for conveying glass substrate. The roller includes a structure of roller body that is formed by assembling a plurality of roller components together in a disassembleable manner. An axle bore is formed in center of the roller. The present invention also discloses a roller axle assembly for conveying glass substrate, which includes a plurality of rollers and a roller axle. A distance is formed between adjacent ones of the rollers. Each of the plurality of rollers is individually disassembleable. The roller for conveying glass substrate and the roller axle assembly according to the present invention allows any one of the rollers that are mounted to a roller axle assembly to be disassembled individually thereby shortening the time period for replacing the glass substrate roller, increasing the utilization rate of the roller, and lowering down the device maintenance cost.

摘要： A system for monitoring cleanliness of a material handling system is disclosed. The system includes a measuring device, a first signal device, a second signal device, and a measuring host. The measuring device installed in the cartridges conduct the cleanliness measurements and obtains the measured result. The first signal device installed in the cartridges transforms the measured results to wireless signals. The second signal device installed in a predetermined location outside of the cartridges receives the wireless signal. The measuring host transforms the received wireless signals back to the measured results. The cartridges of the material handling system are also disclosed. The disclosed cleanliness monitoring system and the cartridge can reduce the cost.

摘要： The present invention provides an air cleaning unit which contains a blower, an acid/alkaline filter device, and a particle filter device. The blower draws in outside air through the acid/alkaline filter device and produces an air flow through the particle filter device. The acid/alkaline filter device absorbs the acid/alkaline gases in the outside air. The particle filter device traps the particles in the air flow. Through this design, the blower draws in air filtered by the acid/alkaline filter device. The blower therefore does not suffer erosion and therefore the air cleaning unit enjoys prolonged operation life span.

摘要： The present invention provides a static elimination device which is used for a stacker with a fan filter device. Characterize in that the static elimination device is provided at the end side of each shelf facing the fan filter device in the stacker. Said end side is opposite to the end side of the shelf which a cartridge moves in and out. Two ends of the static elimination device are free to rotate and connected to shelf holders at said end side. Under the action of the fan filter device blowing the airflow, the ions, which are used to eliminate the static, are blown from the static elimination device into the cartridge of the shelf and the surface of the glass substrate on the cartridge. The present invention further provides a stacker. The stacker and the static elimination device according to the present invention can effectively eliminate the static of the cartridge and the glass substrate surface in the same, which can decrease the equipment costs.
