The handling device includes a handling member, a cover member, and an elastic member. The handling member is mounted to the top panel. The elastic member elastically resists an inner side of the cover member in the first position. The cover member is configured to rotate inward to move from the first position to a second position. The elastic member is deformed when the cover member is in the second position.

The cover is adapted to being mounted to the base, and has a mounting protrusion (70) projecting therefrom. The mounting protrusion engages with the latching portion for preventing the cover moving in a first direction, thereby securing the cover on the base. The resilient member is attached to the base and compressed by the cover. When the mounting protrusion disengages from the latching portion, the resilient member pushes the cover to move in the first direction due to being released.

A protrusion (36) protrudes outwardly from the rail. A pair of poles (32) is outwardly formed from the rail, for sliding in a select one of the slots of the first sidewall. The retaining piece is attached to the first sidewall. The retaining piece includes a handle portion (22) and a resilient clip (23) engaging with the protrusion of the rail, thereby securely retaining the disk drive in the bracket. When the handle portion is pressed toward the first sidewall, the clip is rotated outwardly thereby releasing the protrusion.
