    • The invention relates to a lens system for an ultra-small camera module using an image forming lens having an infrared ray filtering function. The lens system includes an infrared ray filter lens group for filtering infrared rays and forming an image. The infrared ray filter lens group includes a lens substrate having planar opposed surfaces, for filtering the infrared rays incident onto an image sensor, a first lens element formed on an object-side surface of the lens substrate, and a second lens element formed on an image-side surface of the lens substrate. The lens system also includes at least one infrared ray transmissive lens group having at least one lens, disposed in front of or behind the infrared ray filter lens group. The image sensor senses the light transmitted through the infrared ray filter lens group and the infrared ray transmissive lens group.

    • In a camera module having an array lens, a first lens group has at least two lenses. A second lens group has a plurality of lenses corresponding to the lenses of the first lens group, the second lens group stacked below the first lens group and interposing a spacer part therebetween. An image sensor has an imaging region where light passing through the first and second lens groups is imaged. Also, a shielding unit shields portions excluding apertures of the lenses of the first and second lens groups, the shielding unit disposed between the first and second lens groups. The camera module has a lower optical system along an optical axis for smaller size, keeps light refracted from an adjacent lens from affecting an image, blocks leakage of light for imaging and increases definition of the image through signal processing.

    • Provided are wafer scale lenses having a diffraction surface as well as a refractive surface, and an optical system having the same. The wafer scale lens includes a lens substrate, a first lens element formed on the object side of the lens substrate, having a positive refractive power, a second lens element formed on the image side of the lens substrate, having a diffraction surface, and a third lens element deposited on the diffraction surface of the second lens element, having a negative refractive power. The invention allows miniaturized optical system and efficient calibration of angle of view, reducing the angle of light incident onto the diffractive surface, thereby increasing diffraction efficiency and eliminating high order diffraction light to improve picture quality.

    • The present invention relates to a method of providing an early media service based on a session initiation protocol (SIP), wherein early media of a multimedia form can be provided under SIP-based B2BUA mode operation. According to the present invention, in a case where early media are provided to an originating terminal when a call connection with a terminating terminal is established at the request of the originating terminal, the early media is provided in the form of multimedia data, such as text, image, moving image, flash animation and the like, as well as audio data, and thus users desires are fulfilled and users satisfactions are maximized. In addition, with individual operation management of the terminating terminal and the originating terminal according to B2BUA mode operation based on the session initiation protocol and an early session initiation with the originating terminal, an early media service can be normally provided to the originating terminal even when the terminating terminal is in an abnormal operation state.
