摘要： A motor rotor structure for an electric turbo charger is manufactured at low cost with good quality by fixedly fitting, over a shaft, a rotor core having electromagnetic steel sheets pre-formed as an integrated stack. The rotor structure includes a rotor core which is rotated by a magnetic field formed by a stator in a housing; a shaft configured to rotate a compressor impeller and the rotor core together; and a bearing supporting the shaft. The rotor includes the rotor core including the electromagnetic steel sheets; a stopper portion formed at an intermediate portion of the shaft to restrict axial movement of the rotor core; and a pressing unit which presses the rotor core fitted over the shaft against the stopper portion. The pressing unit prevents a circumferential phase shift between the shaft and the rotor core by a pressing force thereof.

摘要： A sheet-metal turbine housing has a scroll part formed by joining opposing scroll members of sheet metal to form a spiral-shaped exhaust gas passage. The housing includes a member on a side of a bearing housing inclosing a bearing supporting a rotation shaft of a turbine rotor blade member on the exhaust side forms an outer side of the turbine rotor blade. Support columns connect the member on the side of the bearing housing with the member on the exhaust side in an axial direction of the turbine and are arranged at intervals on an outer circumference of the turbine. Each support columns may have a cross-sectional shape which includes an upstream corner and a downstream corner in a direction of a gas flow, each of which has an acute angle, so that an upstream surface and a downstream surface are inclined to the gas flow.

摘要： A rotation shaft supporting structure for an electric supercharger includes a rotation shaft that supports a compressor wheel, an electric motor including a motor rotator securely installed to the rotation shaft, and a stator for applying torque to the motor rotator. The supporting structure further includes a bearing provided on a bearing side end of the rotation shaft, which is adjacent to the compressor wheel, to support the rotation shaft, and a damper unit for absorbing shaft vibration of the rotation shaft. The compressor wheel is a wheel of a supercharging side, and the damper unit is provided at a shaft end on an opposite side to the bearing side.

摘要： A variable-throat exhaust turbocharger can be provided, in which is used a means to reduce wear of the contact surfaces of the connection pin parts which are formed integral with the lever plates or the drive ring and the grooves into which the connection pin parts are engaged, and which has a means to prevent slipping out of the drive ring from the nozzle mount toward the lever plate to prevent probable occurrence of fail in action of the variable nozzle mechanism caused by the slipping out of the drive ring is provided by the invention. In the invention, the connection pin parts to make connection between the lever plates and drive ring of the variable throat mechanism are formed integral with either the lever plates or the drive ring by extrusion or by precision casting, and at least the connection pin parts or grooves into each of which each of the connection pin parts is engaged are treated with surface hardening including diffusion coating.

摘要： An exhaust turbo supercharger is provided that is able to effectively prevent exhaust gas that has flowed into between a turbine housing and a bearing housing from leaking to outside of the device, while allowing an excellent level of workability in assembly and disassembly. Included is a turbine housing, into which exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine is introduced; a turbine wheel which is provided within the turbine housing and which is rotation-driven by the exhaust gas; a turbine shaft, one end of which is inserted into the turbine housing, and to which the turbine wheel is attached; a bearing which supports the turbine shaft; and a bearing housing which is connected to the turbine housing and inside of which the bearing is housed. A bolt insert hole is formed in the turbine housing, and an internal thread insert made from a heat insulating material is provided in the bolt insert hole, and the turbine housing and the bearing housing are fixed by a bolt that engages with the internal thread insert.
