    • A seat belt device including a shock absorbing mechanism to gently stop a pull-in member and to prevent a large impact force from being exerted on the pull-in member when the pull-in member is pulled in by a pre-tensioner. The device may include a wire pulled by operation of a buckle pre-tensioner at the time of an emergency, a buckle is pulled in towards a bracket while a cover contracts. Before the cover contracts to a maximum permissible contraction position, the buckle comes into contact with the free end of a shock absorbing member, and, then, is pulled in while the shock absorbing member is caused to contract. By the contraction of the shock absorbing member, the shock absorbing member absorbs impact energy of the buckle.

    • A shroud of adjacent turbine moving blades has the primary contact face portion, which has opposing flat faces forming an acute angle from a turbine rotating direction and has the secondary contact face portion which has opposing flat faces forming an obtuse angle from the turbine rotating direction. In a process of increasing the rotor speed of a turbine, the secondary contact face portion shifts from a contacting state to a separated state, and thereafter, the primary contact face portion shifts from the separated state to the contacting state. According to such arrangement, vibration in a turbine higher speed range can be suppressed in addition to the suppression of the contact reaction force between coupling members of adjacent turbine moving blade from increasing too high, thereby improving the reliability of the turbine moving blades.

    • A turbine moving blade cascade 30 of a turbine rotor assembly 35 has root portions of plural moving blades 13 fitted and held in a root groove circumferentially formed on the outer circumferential portion of a rotor disk 15 of a turbine rotor 14 and has a notch blade 40 fixed in a cutout portion formed in the rotor disk 15. The plural moving blades 13 are comprised of three types of moving blades which include regular blades 50 having a circumferential width determined through theoretical calculation, wide blades 51 having a circumferential width larger than the regular blades 50, and narrow blades 52 having a circumferential width smaller than the regular blades 50.
