摘要： Provided is a solid electrolytic capacitor excellent in reliability, particularly in ESR property. In a solid electrolytic capacitor having a solid electrolyte layer, the solid electrolyte layer has a conductive polymer layer formed by a chemical polymerization method or an electrolytic polymerization method, using a polymerization liquid containing at least a monomer and a dopant-introducing agent. The dopant-introducing agent contains a dopant-introducing agent containing at least alkylammonium ions as a cationic component. The dopant-introducing agent in the polymerization liquid may further contain a dopant-introducing agent containing at least metal ions as a cationic component.

摘要： The present invention is a solid electrolytic capacitor having a dielectric coating film, a solid electrolytic layer, and a cathode lead-out layer on a peripheral surface of an anode body in this order, in which the solid electrolytic layer is equipped with at least a first electrolytically polymerized layer and a second electrolytically polymerized layer formed by electrolytic polymerization of the same monomer, and the first electrolytically polymerized layer and the second electrolytically polymerized layer contain a different dopant. With this configuration, a solid electrolytic capacitor is provided that is superior in an ESR characteristic and also superior in heat resistance without deteriorating leakage current.

摘要： A sheet processing apparatus includes a tray, a first binder, a second binder, a feeder, and circuitry. The tray receives and stores a sheet bundle. The first binder presses the sheet bundle to bind the sheet bundle. The second binder penetrates the sheet bundle with a needle to bind the sheet bundle. The feeder feeds the sheet bundle in a first direction, and moves the sheet bundle in a second direction. The circuitry causes the feeder to move the sheet bundle on the tray in the second direction, moves the first binder from a binding position to a home position different from the binding position, and moves the second binder to the binding position in the width direction to bind the sheet bundle by the second binder after the sheet bundle is moved in the second direction and the first binder is moved to the home position.

摘要： A solid-state imaging device includes a plurality of light receiving elements, transfer gates for controlling reading-out of signal charges generated by the light receiving elements, a charge coupled device for transferring the signal charges from the light receiving elements through the transfer gates, a charge input electrode, and first and second electrodes for controlling the quantity of charges input from the charge input source. The first electrode contacts the charge input source. The second electrode contacts the first electrode and is connected to a light receiving element via a transfer gate or another charge coupled device. In this structure, the second electrode controls the quantity of input charges in response to a dc voltage in a charge input mode for testing the images and serves as a first stage transfer electrode in response to a clock pulse in a imaging mode for forming an image. Thus, the pitch of the light receiving elements is constant even at the charge input electrode.
