摘要： In a Conductor-Backed Coplanar Waveguide (CBCPW) structure, an effective dielectric constant of a parallel plate waveguide is higher than that of a Coplanar Waveguide (CPW), so that a parallel plate leakage is generated. To reduce the parallel plate leakage, the present invention provides air cavities, whose dielectric constant is low, in a multilayer circuit so that the effective dielectric constant of the parallel plate waveguide of the CBCPW structure can be lowered.

摘要： The invention is directed to data input/output organization system and method in a semiconductor memory device. The memory device has a plurality of memory arrays, in one embodiment, an odd number of memory arrays. The arrays are divided into blocks, and the blocks are divided into segments. A control circuit provides control signals to the memory arrays such that data is input and/or output to and from the memory device in multiples of nine bits. The data bits are input or output simultaneously without the need for multiplexing circuitry. This results in reduced power consumption and increased memory processing speed.

摘要： The present invention relates to an improved method for preparing a polishing slurry, comprising dispersing polishing particles and an anionic polymeric acid in water and then adding to the resulting dispersion an alkaline material in an amount of 0.1 to 8 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the polishing particles. The polishing slurry obtained by the inventive method exhibits good dispersion stability and non-Prestonian polishing performance, which can be beneficially employed in chemical mechanical polishing of various precision electronic devices.

摘要： A door structure of a microwave oven usable as a pizza oven, wherein a pan is coupled to an inner surface of the door such that the pan is integral with the door, and a handle is mounted to an outer surface of the door. The handle has various structures so that the handle is separable from the door or is hingably mounted to the door to move between a folded state and an unfolded state. The door structure, may be configured to simultaneously open the door and eject the pan. The user can stably open and close the pizza oven door, using only a handle, under the condition in which the pizza oven door and pizza tray are not supported. The handle has a structure capable of effectively supporting the weight of the oven door while having a foldable structure so that the handle can be conveniently used.

摘要： An optical transponder which can be reconfigured in accordance with various types of client networks is provided. A client network interface transceiver includes a connector comprising a first connection terminal providing a unit transmitting and receiving a plurality of first clock signals, a plurality of second clock signals, and a plurality of data signals to and from the digital wrapper; a second connection terminal providing a unit transmitting and receiving a supervision/control signal and a CPU-related signal to and from the supervision/controlling unit; and a power source terminal providing a unit to which a power source is supplied. The client network interface transceiver multiplexes a client signal transmitted from the client network or demultiplexes a signal transmitted from an optical transmission network, outputs the client signal and the signal, and can be replaced through a front panel of the optical transponder line card in accordance with types of client networks.
