The packet transmitter apparatus includes a transmitting condition setting management unit (404) which extracts at least one of charge information, playback control information and copy control information of AV data from the inputted non-AV data or AV data and generates, based on the extracted information, encryption mode information indicating an encryption mode which becomes a condition at the time of transmitting the AV data; an encrypted data generation unit (406) which generates encrypted data by encrypting, based on the transmitting condition, the inputted AV data and adding encryption information headers based on the encryption mode information to the encrypted AV data; and a packet generation unit (403) which generates packets by adding packet headers to the generated encrypted data. The transmitting condition is to be determined as a combination of input terminal information, data format information and attribute information.

    • A controller issues a command to an HDD interface to transfer AV data stored in HDDs to a memory. The HDD interface, in compliance with the command, transfers the AV data stored in the HDDs to a memory mapped on a bus. A memory controller reads the AV data out of the bus, and writes the AV data into the memory. The controller outputs the address of the AV data to be outputted to the memory controller. The memory controller reads out the AV data of the designated address, and outputs them to an AV data output interface. And the AV data output interface outputs the AV data. The controller issues a command to the HDD interface memory to record the AV data stored in the memory into the HDDs. The HDD interface, in compliance with the command, reads the data out of a memory mapped on the bus, and stores them in the HDDs. The memory controller reads the AV data out of the memory, and outputs them to the bus. At the same time, the controller designates to the memory controller the address in the memory into which the AV data inputted from the AV data input interface are to be written. The memory controller reads the AV data out of the AV data input interface, and writes them into the designated memory. By accomplishing this series of actions in synchronism with the frame period, AV data are stored in the HDDs, and also AV data stored in the HDDs are outputted.

    • Deflection control apparatus for registering the electron beam, rasters of electrostatic-deflection pick-up tubes of a three-tube color television camera includes a compensating voltage generator with inputs connected to receive horizontal and vertical sawtooth deflection signals provided from a deflection signal generator, and outputs providing compensating voltages to adjust for size, skew, and rotation. A combining circuit is provided to add the deflecting signals to the respective compensating voltages to generate adjusted compensating voltages for application to respective electrostatic deflection plates of certain ones of the tubes. For each adjusted deflecting signal, the combining circuit includes a transistor circuit having an input electrode coupled to receive the associated compensating voltage and an output electrode connected through a load resistor to an output of the deflecting signal generator. A pair of SEPP-arranged transistors are provided with their bases connected to the output electrode of the transistor circuit and with their emitters coupled together, through like-value emitter resistors, to a respective deflection plate of one of the tubes. The SEPP-configured transistors permit a high impedance to be presented to the deflection signal generator to minimize the power consumption thereof, and a low resistance to be presented to the deflection plates, to keep the latter from undesirably integrating the deflection sawtooth voltages.
