    • A nameplate attachment structure enables a nameplate to be attached in at least two variations of postures to a chassis outer surface of an apparatus, the nameplate being formed of an elastic body, the nameplate including: a shaft projected on a rear surface of an indication surface and having a distal end including a locking stop; and at least two engagement pieces respectively having hook projections, the chassis outer surface including: a support hole through which the shaft is inserted; and at least two engagement holes engageable with the engagement pieces. When the shaft is inserted through the support hole, the locking stop restricts movement of the nameplate in a direction in which the shaft extends, and when the engagement pieces are inserted through the engagement holes, the hook projections are engaged with the engagement holes so that the nameplate is attached to the chassis outer surface.

    • A laser light source module includes a laser light source outputting laser light, a wavelength conversion element converting a wavelength of the laser light, a temperature sensor mounted on a first face of the wavelength conversion element, a heater substrate of a ceramic base material, on which the wavelength conversion element is mounted. A heater is provided on the heater substrate, in which a sub-mount substrate on which the laser light source is mounted and the heater substrate are fixed to a heat sink, and the heat sink includes a concavity at a position corresponding to a projection region of the wavelength conversion element opposite to the substrate, whereby the entire wavelength conversion element is kept at the most suitable operation temperature, and laser light can be wavelength-converted in higher efficiency.

    • A driving force transmitting device for driving a driven unit includes a first driving unit, a second driving unit, a driving force-transmitted portion which is attached to the driven unit and to which driving forces of the first and second driving units are transmitted, and a controlling unit for separately controlling the first and second driving units, wherein driving force transmitting portions of the first and second driving units transmit the driving forces to the driving force-transmitted portion at its different positions, and wherein when the driven unit being driven is to be stopped, the controlling unit causes the first driving unit to drive in a direction reverse to a driving direction while the second driving unit continues to drive, then causes the first and second driving units to stop in a state in which the driving forces of the first and second driving units are balanced with each other.
