摘要： A method of producing an entangled sheet of microfine long fibers using long fibers for forming microfine fibers. The method includes a step of forming a long-fiber web made of long fibers for forming microfine fibers, at least one component of the long fibers being a water-soluble, thermoplastic polyvinyl alcohol resin; a step of entangling the long-fiber web to form a long-fiber entangled sheet; a step of shrinking the long-fiber entangled sheet to form a long-fiber shrunk sheet; and a step of converting the long fibers for forming microfine fibers in the long-fiber shrunk sheet to microfine long fibers, thereby producing the entangled sheet of microfine long fibers. The step of entangling is conducted so as to allow the long-fiber entangled sheet to have an interlaminar peel strength of 2 kg/2.5 cm or more. The step of shrinking is conducted so as to shrink in an areal shrinkage of 35% or more.

摘要： A method of producing an entangled sheet of microfine long fibers using long fibers for forming microfine fibers. 摘要： The flame-retardant leather-like sheet substrate of the present invention comprises a layer (A) that is made of an entangled nonwoven fabric comprising a polyester superfine fiber (a) of a single fiber fineness of 0.5 dtex or less containing no flame-retardant component and a flame-retardant polyester superfine fiber (b) of a single fiber fineness of 0.5 dtex or less containing a flame-retardant component in a ratio, (a)/(b), of 100/0 to 40/60 by mass, and a layer (B) that is made of an entangled nonwoven fabric comprising the polyester superfine fiber (a) and the flame-retardant polyester superfine fiber (b) in a ratio, (a)/(b), of 70/30 to 0/100 by mass. The entangled nonwoven fabrics of the layers (A) and (B) are impregnated with an elastomeric polymer (c) containing a flame-retardant component. The ratio of the polyester superfine fiber (a) and the flame-retardant polyester superfine fiber (b) in the flame-retardant leather-like sheet substrate is 10:90 to 90:10 by mass. The flame-retardant leather-like sheet substrate and the artificial leather made thereof have an excellent flame retardancy, a soft and high-quality feeling and appearance, a high abrasion resistance and peel strength, and excellent mechanical properties such as surface strength.

These have a soft feel and are suitable to applications in the interior field that requires flame retardancy, especially to seats for vehicles, etc.

摘要： A wafer-level optical deflector assembly is formed on a front surface side of a wafer. Then, the front surface side of the wafer is etched by using elements of the wafer-level optical deflector assembly, to form a front-side dicing street. Then, a transparent substrate with an inside cavity is adhered to the front surface side of the wafer. Then, a second etching mask is formed on a back surface side of the wafer. Then, the back surface side of the wafer is etched to create a back-side dicing street. Then, an adhesive sheet with a ring-shaped rim is adhered to the back surface side of the wafer. Then, the transparent substrate is removed. Finally, the ring-shaped rim is expanded to widen the front-side dicing street and the back-side dicing street to pick up optical deflectors one by one from the wafer.

摘要： A (100) silicon substrate is prepared having an insulating film formed on front and back surfaces of the silicon substrate. A resist pattern is formed on the insulating film and partially etched to form an etching mask on the front and back surfaces. The silicon substrate is subjected to anisotropical etching dependent upon an orientation to form a concave horn and a through hole, the concave horn having a bottom with a (100) plane and four inclined sidewalls with a (111) plane, and the through hole gradually narrowing from the front and back surfaces toward an inside of the silicon substrate and having a bottleneck portion with the (111) plane at an intermediate position in the silicon substrate. An LED chip is mounted on the bottom of the concave horn to form an LED package. The LED package is provided which presents high wiring reliability and simplified manufacture processes.
