摘要： An LCD device includes a lower panel having a first substrate; an organic layer formed on the first substrate; a trans-reflection layer formed on the organic layer and having a reflection area reflecting a portion of incidence light from exterior and a transmission area transmitting other portion of the incidence light; color filters formed on the trans-reflection layer; an overcoating layer formed on the color filters; and a common electrode formed on the overcoating layer. A portion of the overcoating layer corresponding to the reflection area is thicker than a portion of the overcoating layer corresponding to the transmission area. The LCD device also includes an upper panel including a second substrate facing the first substrate with a predetermined gap; thin film transistors formed on the second substrate; and pixel electrodes connected to the thin film transistors; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the lower and upper panels.

摘要： There are provided a thin film transistor substrate for transflective liquid crystal display device (LCD) and a manufacturing method thereof, which can reduce manufacturing cost and simplifying manufacturing processes. In the method, a thin film transistor is formed on a reflection region of a device substrate defined by the reflection region and a transmission region. A passivation layer is formed on the thin film transistor so as to expose a drain electrode of the thin film transistor and to cover the thin film transistor. A pixel electrode is formed on the transmission and reflection regions. The pixel electrode has a structure of a first pixel electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode and a second pixel electrode formed to have an embossed pattern on the first pixel electrode. A reflective layer is formed on the second electrode pixel having the embossed pattern on the reflection region.

The array substrate has a transparent electrode formed in a pixel area of a base substrate, and a reflective electrode formed on the transparent electrode and in a reflective area of the pixel area. The color filter substrate is combined with the array substrate, and includes a light-blocking pattern defining the pixel area, a photo pattern formed in the reflective area and a color filter formed on the photo pattern of the reflective area and in a transmissive area of the pixel area. Brightness and color reproducibility in the reflective area are adjusted to correspond to those in the transmissive area, and may be easily controlled without additional masks, so that display quality is enhanced and the display substrate is easily manufactured, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and enhancing display productivity.

摘要： An apparatus and method for preventing falsification of a client screen is provided, in which a web server dynamically generates URIs and provides them to clients, thus preventing the falsification of client screens due to a web injection attack or a memory hacking attack. The apparatus includes a random web generation unit for converting an identical web page into random URIs that are randomly generated, at a request of a plurality of clients, generating different random web sources, and providing the different random web sources to the respective clients. A web falsification determination unit compares display web source eigenvalues respectively generated by the clients with respect to any one of the random web sources with a generative web source eigenvalue for the one of the random web sources, thus determining whether screens corresponding to the random web sources displayed on the respective clients have been falsified.
