摘要： A power unit mounting structure through which a power unit of an automotive vehicle is supported to a vehicle body. The power unit mounting structure consists of a vehicle body side mount bracket bolted at its one end section to the vehicle body, and a power unit side mount bracket securely connected at its one end section to a transmission case of the power unit. The other end sections of the vehicle body side and power unit side mount brackets are elastically connected through an insulator member with each other. The insulator member is securely disposed inside a rigid support member secured to the other end section of the vehicle body side mount bracket. The insulator member is located lower in level than a joint portion of the vehicle body side mount bracket with the vehicle body. Additionally, a support member is disposed between the insulator support member and a center frame member securely connected to the vehicle body at the joint portion, thereby reinforcing the vehicle body side mount bracket.

摘要： A method and apparatus for detecting and enabling correction of a failure in the mounting of electronic parts on substrates, capable of automatically and efficiently accomplishing the detection of a failure in the mounting of electronic parts on substrates, and classification between failed substrates and acceptable substrates to improve the overall operation efficiency of an electronic parts mounting line. The method is adapted to apply a code mark to each substrate on which electronic parts are to be mounted, detect a failure the mounting after, read and store the code marks and failure data of failed substrates, and classify the failed substrates from acceptable substrates and transfer the failed substrates on the basis of the code marks and failure data stored.

摘要： A miniaturized, thin coil component with enhanced heat radiation and decreased flux leakage includes an I-shaped laminate iron core having at opposite ends tapered surfaces, and a pair of C-shaped laminate iron cores having tapered surfaces adapted to be mated with the tapered surfaces of the I-shaped laminate iron core. The I-shaped laminate iron core and the C-shaped laminate iron cores are combined so that the I-shaped laminate iron core is pressed by the inner surfaces of the tapered surfaces of the pair of C-shaped iron cores. The iron cores used for the coil component are stamped by a process of positioning the C-shaped cores in opposition to each other perpendicular to the hoop width, shifting one of the C-shaped cores perpendicular to the hoop width, obliquely positioning the I-shaped core between the C-shaped cores and then successively stamping the iron core hoop.

摘要： A frictional material is made of cloth which is impregnated with a bituminous material and/or a synthetic resin. The cloth is woven from a yarn made by twisting single yarns with reinforcing metal wires. The single yarn consists of a center core in the form of a roving or a yarn of inorganic fibers such as glass fiber, rock wool or ceramic fiber and a covering element in the form of a sliver of organic fibers such as staple fiber, aromatic polyamide fiber or flame-resistant fiber. The frictional material obtained is excellent in physical strength and in resistance against heat, effective for preventing dispersion of dust and irritation to human bodies, and advantageous from the viewpoint of cost.
