    • An inter-cell interference coordination method and apparatus is provided for mitigating inter-cell interference in a wireless communication system by using interference coordination information exchanged among neighbor base stations. The method includes receiving, at a serving base station, power control messages transmitted by neighbor base stations, receiving incoming interference coordination messages transmitted by neighbor base stations, each message including interference indicators of resource blocks, allocating the resource blocks with transmission power per resource block to user equipments served by the base station based on the power control and interference coordination messages, generating outgoing interference coordination messages for the respective neighbor base stations based on the resource block allocation result, and transmitting the interference coordination messages to the neighbor base stations, respectively.

    • An axle locking cylinder structure is capable of enabling an operator of heavy construction equipment to stably carry out an axle locking operation since a sudden variation of the flow rate is prevented in the axle locking cylinder by draining a highly-pressurized flow rate slowly at the release of axle locking and supplying a flow rate quickly at the drive of axle locking. A highly-pressurized hydraulic fluid can be steadily drained from a cylinder chamber since an opening region between a poppet valve and a pilot flow path is enlarged so as to open the pilot flow path connected to the cylinder chamber during a relatively long time. A cylinder rod can be quickly expanded according to the manipulation of an axle locking switch by compensating a flow rate supplied to a cylinder chamber when the cylinder rod is expanded.

    • Disclosed is a straw for giving a new sucking feeling to users by squirting fluid liquid-phase beverages, such as milk, juice, coffee, carbon beverage, and so on, to the whole inside of the user's mouth when the user sucks up the liquid-phase beverages. The straw comprising: a tubular body having the intake passage formed therein; at least two or more squirt holes formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body in such a manner as to be adjacent to one side end of the tubular body, and adapted to squirt the fluid liquid-phase beverages sucked up through the intake passage in all directions, the squirt holes communicating with the intake passage; and blocking shields bent downwardly from the upper portions of the squirt holes toward the inside center of the intake passage, when the squirt holes are formed, for blocking a part of the intake passage. The squirt holes allow the fluid liquid-phase beverage sucked to be squirted and spread into the whole inside of the user's mouth through the intake passage.
