    • A method of preparing a low allergic natural rubber latex which is less likely to cause allergy, comprising adding a protease having an exopeptidase activity to a natural rubber latex and aging the natural rubber latex, thereby to decompose a protein in the latex to such a degree that the protein and a protein decomposition product, which have a number-average molecular weight of 4500 or more, are not detected; a method of preparing a deproteinized natural rubber latex which is less likely to cause allergy, comprising adding an alkali protease to a natural rubber latex, thereby to decompose a protein in the latex, adding a protease having an exopeptidase activity, thereby to further decompose the protein and a decomposition product thereof in the latex, and removing the protein and the decomposition product thereof; a low allergic natural rubber obtained by a decomposition treatment of a protein, wherein the protein and a protein decomposition product, which have a number-average molecular weight of 4500 or more, are not detected; and a deproteinized natural rubber obtained by a decomposition treatment and a removing treatment of a protein, wherein the content of the protein is 0.02% or less in terms of a nitrogen content, an absorption at 3280 cm−1 is not recognized in an infrared absorption spectrum, and the protein and a protein decomposition product, which have a number-average molecular weight of 4500 or more, are not detected.

    • The present invention relates to (1) a deproteinizing agent for natural rubber latex, comprising a protease and one or more water-soluble polymers as an active component; (2) a deproteinized natural rubber latex, which is prepared by subjecting to a deprotenization treatment using the deproteinizing agent, and a method of producing the same; (3) a method of producing a rubber product, which comprises incorporating at least a vulcanizing agent into the latex (2), dipping a mold in the resulting compound latex, and vulcanizing and drying a rubber film formed on the mold; and (4) a method of producing a rubber product, which comprises incorporating at least a heat sensitizer and a vulcanizing agent into the latex (2), dipping a mold in the resulting heat-sensitive coagulable compound latex, and vulcanizing and drying a rubber film formed on the mold.

    • The present invention provides a deproteinized natural rubber latex wherein coagulation of a rubber component does not occur when the concentration of calcium ions (Ca2+) is 0.01 mol/L or less and coagulation of the rubber component occurs when the concentration of Ca2+ is 0.1 mol/L or more; a method of preparing the deproteinized natural rubber latex, which comprises adding a protease and two or more surfactants having different coagulation properties to calcium ions (Ca2+) to a natural rubber latex and maturing the natural rubber latex; a rubber product using the deproteinized natural rubber latex; and a proteolytic agent comprising a protease and two or more surfactants. The deproteinized natural rubber latex is a latex wherein rubber molecules are dispersed and stabilized by a surfactant, and also have good film forming properties by means of the anode coagulation method and is less likely to cause uneven thickness of the film and liquid dripping even when a mold is dipped repeatedly in a latex on formation of a rubber film.
