    • A method for processing a silver halide color photographic material is disclosed, wherein a washing bath is replenished with water in an amount of from 2 to 50 times the volume of the preceding bath which is carried over with the photographic material into the washing bath per unit area of the photographic material to be processed, and washing in the washing bath is carried out in the presence of at least one compound represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein A represents a n-valent aliphatic, aromatic or heterocyclic linking group, wherein when n is 1, A represents a monovalent aliphatic, aromatic, or heterocyclic group, or a hydrogen atom; X represents --O--, --S--, or ##STR2## R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each represents substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group; R.sup.3 represents a lower alkylene group; R.sup.4 represents a lower alkyl group; or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, R.sup.1 and A, R.sup.1 and R.sup.3, R.sup.2 and A, or R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 may be connected to each other to form a ring; Y represents an anion; l represents 0 or 1; m represents 0 or 1; n represents 1, 2, or 3; p represents 0 or 1; and q represents 0, 1, 2, or 3, and is a value which renders the molecule electrically neutral. The processing method can achieve a great saving of water for washing while protecting the processed color photographic material from mold, the formation of stains, and undergoing accelerated discoloration.

    • A lens-fitted photo film unit for photographing an object includes a flash charger button as mode selector, which designates a selected one of a flashless mode and a flashing mode. An exposure aperture forms a color image by object light from the object. The image, if the flashless mode is designated, is recorded with first color balance in the exposure aperture, and if the flashing mode is designated, is recorded with second color balance. An electronic flash unit applies flash light to the object. A light balancing filter as color balance adjustor subjects the object light to correction if the flashless mode is designated, so as to set the first and second color balance substantially equal to one another.

    • A high-speed color negative photographic material which comprises, a support having provided thereon, at least one red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one blue-sensitive emulsion layer, and is designated so as to acquire a specific photographic sensitivity (defined in detailed description of the invention) of 800 or above, and has a combined total of silver coverages ranging from 3.0 g/m.sup.2 to 9.0 g/m.sup.2 so as to minimize an increase in fog, a decrease in photographic speed and deterioration in granularity, which heretofore have occurred in high-speed photographic materials during long-range storage before used. In addition, the present photographic material enables enhancement of pressure resistance and processing efficiency.
