摘要： In an electronic blackboard, a print head for drawing an image on the screen sheet is disposed on the upstream side of a read head for reading an image from the screen sheet, with respect to the forward travel direction of the screen sheet. When an image is printed on the screen sheet, the screen sheet is moved in the reverse travel direction. When the read head reads an image on the screen sheet, print stop processing is performed in order to stop printing operation of the print head. If an unerased image is present on the stored face of the screen sheet when printing on the screen sheet is performed, the unerased image on the stored face passes by the read head, because the screen sheet is moved in the reverse travel direction during such a printing operation. If the read head reads an unerased image, the print stop processing is performed in order to stop printing operation of the print head, and warning display processing is performed in order to display a message indicating that an unerased image is present on the screen sheet.

摘要： A liner outer surface is coated by a sprayed layer or a heterogeneous metal layer including a base metal phase and dispersed metal phases. During casting, liquid metal enters the sprayed layer from the dispersed metal phases and solidifies in a virtual vegetation root state. The surface of the cylinder block is thus rigidly fixed to the surface of the cylinder liner. In this case, a strong bonding force is produced between the cylinder block and the cylinder liner and high thermal conductivity is obtained compared to the prior art in which the liquid metal merely contacts a surface layer.

摘要： A cylinder liner for an engine cylinder block. A roughening process is performed only on an upper region of the outer surface of the cylinder liner. This increases adhesiveness with a sprayed layer at the upper region compared to a lower region of the liner outer surface. Therefore, difference in thermal conductance is produced in the axial direction of the cylinder liner. This maintains the wall temperature of the cylinder bore in an appropriate temperature range. Even if adhesiveness at the lower region of the liner outer surface is low, bottleneck-shaped projections are distributed on the liner outer surface. Thus, the bonding strength between the cylinder liner and the sprayed layer and the cylinder liner and the cylinder block via the sprayed layer is sufficient. This maintains the roundness of the cylinder bore and prevents fuel efficiency from being lowered by exhaust gas loss and mechanical loss.

The cylinder liner has an outer circumferential surface, and upper, middle, and lower portions with respect to an axial direction of the cylinder liner. 摘要： A controller of a label printer employs an electronic photographic system which makes printing successively on a continuous printing paper on which a multiplicity of label papers are affixed. There are provided a position sensor using a photoelectric transducer element which is disposed to face the continuous printing paper and detect a difference in the transmissivity of light of the continuous printing paper and a label position detector for processing a detection signal of the position sensor to derive a timing control signal corresponding to a position of the label paper. The timing control signal of the label position detector is used to control operation timings for each of the portions for the continuous printing paper. The label position detector includes an amplifier for amplifying the detection signal of the position sensor and a comparator for comparing the detection signal with a reference signal, and particularly includes a variable setting function for a gain of the amplifier and a magnitude of the reference signal to automatically set so that a relative detection output for the label paper is increased.
