摘要： An optical writing device forms an electrostatic latent image and includes a pixel-information acquiring unit that acquires pixel information and stores the acquired pixel information in a storage medium with respect to each main scanning line; a tilt correcting unit that generates a tilt correction signal specifying a main scanning line from which the pixel information to be input to a light source is read out from the storage medium in order to correct a tilt of the electrostatic latent image; a position correcting unit that generates a position correction signal specifying a timing to input the pixel information to the light source in order to correct a position of the electrostatic latent image; and a pixel-information-input control unit that controls input of the pixel information from the storage medium to the light source in response to the tilt correction signal and the position correction signal.

摘要： A rotor core for a rotary electric machine includes a plurality of ring-shaped core plates. The core plates are formed by joining arc-shaped segments. The core plate segments each include a protruding portion that is formed on one surface of each of the segments and has an end in the circumferential direction that is arc-shaped, and a recessed portion that is formed on the other surface and has an end in the circumferential direction that is arc-shaped, and to which the protruding portion of the core plate segment of another layer is fitted when the core plates are laminated. An interference fit is provided between the protruding portion width of the core plates and the recessed portion of the core plates in the radial direction and a loose fit is provided in the circumferential direction.

摘要： The present invention aims to provide a method for producing, by a simple method, drug-containing wax matrix granules, particularly drug-containing wax matrix granules having an average particle diameter of 1 mm or lower, while avoiding liquid blockage due to the recrystallization of a molten drug during the period from a melting step to a spray step.Drug-containing wax matrix granules having at least one wax and at least one drug are produced by the following steps (i) and (ii): (i) supplying the at least one drug and the at least one wax to an extruder in which the temperature of a barrel and the temperature of a die are adjusted to be higher than the melting point of the at least one wax; and (ii) while melting and kneading the at least one drug and the at least one wax in the extruder to give a molten kneaded drug and wax, spraying the molten kneaded drug and wax into an atmosphere having a temperature lower than the melting point of the wax from a spray nozzle directly mounted onto a die provided at a top end of the barrel of the extruder, thereby forming the mixture into granules.

摘要： An isolation insulating film (5) of partial-trench type is selectively formed in an upper surface of a silicon layer (4). A power supply line (21) is formed above the isolation insulating film (5). Below the power supply line (21), a complete isolation portion (23) reaching an upper surface of an insulating film (3) is formed in the isolation insulating film (5). In other words, a semiconductor device comprises a complete-isolation insulating film which is so formed as to extend from the upper surface of the silicon layer (4) and reach the upper surface of insulating film (3) below the power supply line (21). With this structure, it is possible to obtain the semiconductor device capable of suppressing variation in potential of a body region caused by variation in potential of the power supply line.

摘要： An isolation insulating film (5) of partial-trench type is selectively formed in an upper surface of a silicon layer (4). A power supply line (21) is formed above the isolation insulating film (5).
