    • An inner lead bonder for bonding dies to leads of carrier tape with improved positional accuracy and improved work efficiency. In the inner lead bonder, dies are fed to a die positioning spot one at a time and positioned. Then, said positioned die is carried to a bonding position. On the other hand, leads of a carrier tape are fed to the bonding position and positioned at the spot above the aforesaid die. Thereafter, the leads of the carrier tape are pressed onto the die and bonded by using a bonding tool. This inner lead bonder is characterized in that it includes a rotary table with the size covering the die positioning point and the bonding position, and after positioning the die on the rotary table, the rotary table is rotated in order to bring the die positioned as mentioned above to the bonding position to place the die at a proper position for bonding.

    • A seat belt tensioning device having a piston return stop device including a tapered member with an inclined surface rising toward one end which is slidably disposed within an axial hole of a piston and is connected to the piston through a connecting member breakable by a predetermined tension force. The other end of the tapered member is connected with a seat belt. Stopper members are slidably disposed within radial guide grooves of the piston and at their outer ends are slidably in contact with an inner wall of a piston cylinder while their inner ends are in contact with the tapered member.When the tension force of the seat belt reaches a predetermined value at an urgent time, the connecting member is broken and the tapered member is moved within the piston in a direction reverse to the travelling direction of the piston to push the stopper members toward the cylinder wall. Then the outer ends of the stopper members cut into the cylinder wall so that the return of the piston is stopped with certainty.

    • A piezo-electric oscillator has a reduced manufacturing cost using a general purpose piezo-electric vibrator, while coping with miniaturization. The piezo-electric oscillator has resin; a substrate having an upper face, a bottom face, a conductive terminal portion, and a mounting terminal portion at the bottom face; and a piezo-electric vibrator including a package, a conductive portion, a cover plate, a piezo-electric vibration piece, an external terminal portion; and an oscillation circuit element having an oscillation circuit. The piezo-electric vibration piece is housed within the package and, the package is fixed to the upper face of the substrate and sealed with the cover plate. The external terminal portion at a surface of the package is electrically coupled with the piezo-electric vibration piece and, at least the conductive portion excluding the mounting terminal portion is sealed with the resin. The oscillation circuit element is fixed to a face of the package opposite to the substrate. The conduction terminal portion on the upper face of the substrate is electrically coupled with the mounting terminal portion, and the external terminal portion and the conduction terminal portion are electrically coupled with the oscillation circuit element.
