The variable resistor of the first memory cell includes a first recording layer and a second recording layer, the first recording layer being made of an oxide of a first metal material, the second recording layer being made of the first metal material and being formed so as to contact with the first recording layer. The second recording layer is closer to the first line than the first recording layer is.

摘要： The object of this invention is to collect a data without using a specialized system such as sensor terminals and provide a data to a terminal device. The information provision system according to this invention is provided with fixed data transmitters and sensing data transmitters. When terminal device 23 moves into a predetermined space (sensor field), the terminal device receives a predetermined fixed data from the fixed data transmitter, and/or a sensing data obtained by sensing from the sensing data transmitter. The terminal device then transmits these received data to data processing server 21 along with a process request via a network. The data processing server can execute a processing based on these received data and the process request, and generate a process data in order to provide for the terminal device.

摘要： In a sensor network system, a communications network connects a set of sensors to a server collectively managing the set of sensors. First, the sensor-managing server acquires remaining drive times of batteries in the sensors, and specifies a target remaining drive time. The server then controls the operation of the sensors so that the remaining drive times of the batteries in the sensors are substantially equal to the target remaining drive time. This reduces the maintenance workload for a system manager, especially, in the recharging of the sensor batteries.

The specific information is information which fulfills the objective specification. This system charges a service fee to the information beneficiary, and pays a compensation to the information provider. The service fee and the compensation are offset for each terminal. The information beneficiary and provider are selected each time according to the objective specification. An information mediating system provided with a plurality of terminals which have both information sending and receiving functions, or either an information sending or a receiving function through a network, and provided with an information mediator which has an information mediating function to mediate an received information through the network. The information mediating function comprises 1) a grouping function to select an information provider and an information beneficiary out of the plurality of terminals according to an objective specification to specify a specific information to be obtained; and 2) a data transmission function to transmit the specific information obtained from the selected information provider, which fulfills the objective specification, to the selected information beneficiary through the network.
