    • This invention discloses a method and composition for detecting and quantifying the human antigen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) by a reverse lateral flow immunoassay. In one embodiment of the invention, the human antigen-specific IgE in in a test sample obtained from bodily fluids including whole blood, dried blood, serum, plasma, saliva, tear, secreting fluid from gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract and inflammation sites, reacts with nanoparticles-coupled antigens, including allergens, natural environmental antigens, pathogenic antigens, autoantigens, carbohydrate antigens, lipid antigens, synthetic drug antigens and haptens. The formed IgE-antigen-nanoparticle complexes are captured by an anti-human IgE antibody dispensed in the position of the Test line, thus developing a chromatographic color either visualized by naked eye or detectable by a lateral flow reader, and the residual antigen-nanoparticle complex will be captured by anti-antigen specific antibody dispensed in the position of Control line to serve as an assay control. The term of “reverse” specifically indicates that the antigen or antigens are conjugated or coupled to the nanoparticles for this claimed lateral flow immunoassay for human IgE detection and quantification, in conjugation with the capture of the formed antigen specific IgE-antigens-nanoparticles by the immobilized anti-IgE antibody in the Test line position.

    • A method and apparatus for installing a driver of a terminal device are provided. The method includes: calling a driver installation program, and setting the driver installation program to directly search for a driver program in a local machine; and searching for the driver program in the local machine through the driver installation program, and installing the searched-out driver program. The method and apparatus can improve the speed of a system for installing a driver of a terminal device, thereby improving user experience.

    • The present invention provides a grounding structure for a printed circuit board which is fixed onto a chassis by a force applied at a first side of the printed circuit board towards the chassis. The grounding structure comprises a first grounding pad formed on the bottom surface of the printed circuit board at said first side of the printed circuit board applied with said force; a second grounding pad formed on the top surface of the printed circuit board at a second side opposite to said first side of the printed circuit board; a first grounding point formed on the chassis in a form to be in contact with said first grounding pad from the bottom of the printed circuit board when the printed circuit board is fixed onto the chassis; a second grounding point formed on the chassis in a form to be in contact with said second grounding pad from the top of the printed circuit board when the printed circuit board is fixed onto the chassis; and a supporting point formed on the chassis at a position between the first and the second grounding points for supporting the printed circuit board fixed onto the chassis and for converting said force exerted at said first side of the printed circuit board into another force with opposite direction at said second side of the printed circuit board.

    • A separation device and a method for transmitting voice signal are disclosed. The separation device includes a line interface adapted to provide an interface for connecting to a telecommunication access system which provides public switched telephone network (PSTN) and data services; a data interface adapted to provide an interface connected with customer premises equipment (CPE) and connected with the line interface; a first communication interface adapted to provide an interface connected with a PSTN communication terminal; a second communication interface adapted to provide an interface connected with a foreign exchange station (FXS) interface of the CPE; and a connection switching unit adapted to connect the first communication interface with the line interface or connect the first communication interface with the second communication interface, and to perform switching between the two connections to implement PSTN communication or VoIP communication respectively. The solution in the embodiment may help perform switching with a PSTN communication terminal connection line according to different call types so that the PSTN communication terminal may implement the PSTN communication and the VoIP communication respectively.
