    • A handover method includes an evolved mobile switching center (eMSC) that receives a relocation request from a first network and forwards the relocation request to a second network requesting the second network to establish its own media plane association. The eMSC establishes a media plane association with the second network. The eMSC instructs a user equipment (UE) to access the second network. With the handover method, the UE may be handed over between different networks by using the eMSC. A method for reattaching a UE to the eMSC is also provided so that the UE can be reattached to a target eMSC when the eMSC to which the UE is attached is changed. A handover apparatus and a handover system are also provided.

    • An emergency call method includes the following blocks: a User Equipment (UE) sends an emergency attach request that establishes an emergency indication to a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network; the SAE network selects an emergency call service entity for the UE after receiving the emergency indication; the UE sends an emergency call request to the emergency call service entity after getting attached to the SAE network emergently; and the emergency call service entity establishes an emergency voice bearer, whereupon the UE makes an emergency call according to the established emergency voice bearer. Through the method for simulating a Circuit Switched (CS) emergency call by means of an emergency call service entity in the SAE network, the emergency call service can be implemented in the SAE or Long Term Evolution (LTE) packet network.

    • The present invention comprises an arrangement and process for the fluxless manufacture of an integrated circuit component, comprising the steps of loading a solder ball and chip arrangement, solder ball side up or down, onto a first or a second donor chuck respectively; monitoring the solder ball and chip arrangement by a computer-controlled camera; removing the solder ball and chip arrangement from the donor chuck by a computer-controlled gripper mechanism; moving the solder ball and chip arrangement via the gripper mechanism onto a computer-controlled gang carrier, the monitored by a second computer controlled camera; flipping the gang carrier about a horizontal axis so as to arrange the solder ball and chip arrangement into an inverted, solder ball side down orientation over a receiver chuck substrate, monitored and positionally controlled by a third computer-controlled camera; and compressing the solder ball side down solder ball and chip arrangement onto the receiver chuck substrate by a computer-controlled compression rod so as to bond the solder ball side down solder ball and chip arrangement onto the receiver chuck substrate so as to form an integrated circuit assembly.
