The second core is closed with the first core to form a mold cavity, with the insert extending into the mold cavity. The first core is capable of being taken off from the slot of the stationary plate when the first core and the second core are detached from each other.

    • A mold structure for injection molding includes a main body and a plurality of inserts. The main body defines a top surface. The top surface has a rectangular molding chamber. A bottom of the molding chamber is formed with a plurality of abreast fixing grooves extending upwards and downwards. Each of the fixing grooves has a side formed with a slot extending upwards and downwards. The slot further extends upwards to reach the top surface. Each of the inserts has a base of strip shape, and a fixing portion of strip shape protruded outwards from a portion of a side surface of the base. The base is fixed in the fixing groove, with an upper portion thereof exposed in the molding chamber. The fixing portion is engaged in the slot for restraining the upper portion of the base from deflection in molding process.

    • A mold structure has a first die, and a second die. A first buckling element is protruded downwardly from the first die, and defines a first contact surface and a bottom surface. The bottom surface has an end adjacent to the first contact surface protruded downwards to form a jamming portion, and the other end protruded downwards to form a blocking portion spaced away from and beyond the jamming portion. The jamming portion has a triangle cross-section, with a point facing downwardly and away from the blocking portion. A second buckling element is extended upwards from the second die, and has a gap at a top end thereof and passing through a side thereof. The gap defines a second contact surface, corresponding to the first contact surface, and an inclining surface, intersecting with the second contact surface with an acute angle formed therebetween for engaging with the jamming portion.

    • A plastic injection mold for molding a plastic article includes an upper insert and a lower insert. The upper insert and the lower insert match with each other to define an annular mold cavity therebetween. An annular gate communicates with the mold cavity for allowing molten plastic material to flow into the mold cavity to mold the article. An annular runner is connected with the annular gate for injecting molten plastic material to the annular gate. Molten plastic material will evenly flow into the mold cavity of the plastic injection mold through the annular gate to mold the plastic article, which prevents the plastic article from being disfigured, decreasing the defective products and improving the product quality.

    • An angled core-pulling mechanism of mold includes a core insert, a shaping core and a slide block of which a rear end longitudinally defines a slide passage having a bottom side slanted downward from front to rear. The core insert defines a shaping cavity, a slide hole extending downward and slanting forward with a top communicating with the shaping cavity, and a receiving fillister having a level bottom face and with a top being connected with a bottom of the slide hole.
