    • There is disclosed an electro-luminescence display device that is adaptive for preventing picture quality deterioration by operating a thin film transistor for an electro-luminescence cell drive at a non-saturation area to compensate a threshold voltage, and a driving method thereof. An electro-luminescence display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an electro-luminescence cell connected between a first supply voltage source and a ground voltage source to emit light by a current supplied from the first supply voltage source; a cell driver formed every intersection of gate lines and data lines and connected between the first supply voltage source and the electro-luminescence cell to control a current flowing in the pixel cell; and a pulse supplier supplies to the electro-luminescence cell a pulse amplitude modulation signal which is divided to have N (N is a natural number) numbers of different voltage levels from each other, and wherein the driving thin film transistor operates at the non-saturation region.

    • The present invention relates to a light emitting device for preventing cross-talk phenomenon. The light emitting device includes a plurality of pixels and a scan driving circuit. The pixels are formed in cross areas of data lines and scan lines. The scan driving circuit couples at least one scan line to a first voltage source having a first voltage during a first time, couples the scan line to a second voltage source having a second voltage during a second time, and couples the scan line to a third voltage source having a third voltage during a third time. Here, the second voltage is a voltage between the first voltage and the third voltage. The light emitting device discharges the data lines to the same level as data current irrespective of precharge current, and thus cross-talk phenomenon is not occurred to the light emitting device.

    • There is disclosed an organic EL display device using pre-charge which can improve display quality by preventing a cross talk generated by a brightness difference within the same picture realization area, and a driving method thereof. An organic EL display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a display panel where a plurality of data lines cross a plurality of scan lines and electro luminescence cells are arranged in the crossing parts thereof; a pre-charge driver for supplying a pre-charge current to the data line in accordance with gray levels of data; and a data driver for charging a data current to the data line for a designated period which is set before a scan pulse is supplied to the electro luminescence cell and after the pre-charge current is supplied.
