摘要： Described are aqueous acidic solutions for the electrodeposition of tin and lead/tin alloys for improving electro- deposition in the high current density range and for providing a uniform luster distribution of metals deposited in the low current density range. The solutions contain a mixture of metal salts, free alkanesulfonic acid, a non-ionic wetting agent and optionally aromatic short-chain aldehydes and/or optionally aromatic ketones and/or optionally short-chain unsaturated carboxylic acids. In the solutions, tin and/or lead salts of the alkanesulfonic acid are employed as the metal salt(s), the alkyl moiety of the alkanesulfonic acid consisting of from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, the free alkanesulfonic acid having alkyl moieties with from 1 to 5 carbon atoms. They contain, as a further brightener, a mixture comprising a reaction product of acetaldehyde and/or its aidol condensation product with ammonia and/or acyclic ketones and/or aliphatic amines, amides, amino acids and or hydrazine compounds.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for the production of series-produced valves which are used in heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems and which comprise a cast-iron valve body, at least one stainless steel valve seat disposed in a flow restrictor opening in the valve body and an actuating rod having at least one flow restrictor, the actuating rod being taken out of the valve through a cover which closes an opening for the cover in the valve body, such opening being in alignment with the valve seat. The valve seat is welded into a casting serving as blank for the valve body without previous chip removal treatment of the casting surface, in one chucking. The blank is then finish-treated. Preferably, the valve seat is produced by build-up welding followed by chip removal shaping of the weld bead.

摘要： A modular distributing valve includes a valve body within which an actuating member is displaceably arranged along a longitudinal axis of the valve body. A pair of control housings lying opposite each other on the axis for actuating the actuating member are arranged in the valve body. The valve body is a tub-shaped base body which can be closed by a flat cover and is provided with ISO gas connection openings on the side opposite the cover. In order to achieve ease of assembly and eliminate the need for sealing elements around the actuating member and the switched fluid paths in the modular distributing valve, the control housings are detachably connected to the cover and are inserted with a mechanical interference fit forming a seal and fixed in place in the valve body, together with the actuating member, from the side of the valve body opposite the gas connections.

摘要： A one-way restrictor is provided which is configured like a lip valve and includes a bypass flow channel. The bypass flow channel is formed by an at least one opening which is located between an intake and an outlet and can be covered, at least partially, by the sealing element of the valve. By way of a control member the sealing element can be moved relative to the opening in such a way that the cross-section of the opening covered by the sealing element can be adjusted.
