    • A roller screw having plural circulating devices cooperating with plural helical grooves comprises a screw, a nut, plural rollers and circulating devices. The screw is provided in a surface with at least two helical grooves. The nut is provided with helical grooves opposite to the screw and receiving holes in a peripheral wall thereof, and each receiving hole is provided with a fixing groove at each of two ends thereof. The rollers are arranged in the helical grooves of the screw and the nut. The circulating devices have the same number of the helical grooves of the screw, and each circulating device includes an opening at each of two ends thereof and a passage between the two openings.

    • A sectional circulating assembly for a ball screw comprises an inner circulating block and an outer circulating block. In assembly, the inner circulating block is initially placed between the screw shaft and the nut before the rolling balls and the screw shaft are positioned, thus preventing the rolling balls from dropping out and the interference with the threads. After the rolling balls and the screw shaft are positioned, the outer circulating block is placed into the nut and to be engaged with the inner circulating block, and the outer circulating block is fixed to the nut. This method can maintain the tightness of the nut, thus preventing the leakage of noise.

    • A ball screw unit with dust cleaning and ball deflecting element fixing mechanism includes an annular inlaid slot along the inner surface of a nut proper proximate to the outside of a ball deflecting element. A fixed dust scrape formed of a C shaped annular packing is installed in the annular inlaid slot. The C shaped annular packing is covered with a soft covering layer at its inner fringe and the outer fringe of the soft covering layer is just stuffed in the annular inlaid slot of the nut proper. Inner fringe of the soft covering layer is formed into a spiral scraper blade corresponding to the rolling spiral slot of the screw blot. The fixed dust scraper is tightly fixing the ball deflecting element to the nut proper by means of the resiliency of the soft covering layer to clean the dust along the rolling spiral slot with its spiral scraper blade thereby serving as a dust cleaner.

    • A ball screw unit has a plurality of partition-rooms each of them accommodating a spacer ball interposed between two load carrying balls. The partition room is formed into two oblique frustum shaped recesses each of them extends a flared mouth tilted downwards to the longitudinal axis of the ball screw unit. The partition room is made of elastic polymer material to facilitate pushing the spacer ball into an oblate ellipsoidal hole opened on the partition room, and the hole is also communicated with the two recesses. With this structure, the spacer balls can be held stably in the partition rooms without the fear of escaping or occurrence of disorganized ball squeezing during operation of the ball screw unit. Besides, the dimension of spacer ball may be made as small as possible so as to increase the number of load carrying balls thereby resulting in improvement of load carrying capability of the structure.

    • A liquid low level warning device is used on the nut of a screw bolt or the slide block of a linear guideway, and comprises: a circuit terminal, rail and buoyage. The terminal is disposed on a lubricating device in such a manner that an end of the terminal is electrically connected to external equipment (by wire or wireless means) and another end is connected to the rail and positioned in the receiving space of the lubricating device. A stop block is provided on the upper end of the rail and the buoyage is moveably mounted on the rail. With such arrangements, the liquid low level warning device will produce alarm signals when the lubricating oil is lowered to a predetermined level.

    • A gait rehabilitation machine and a method of using the same for lower-limb rehabilitation. The gait rehabilitation machine includes: a frame; a rear supporting member provided at the frame so that the back side of a human body can lean against the rear supporting member; a thigh supporting member corresponding to a thigh of the human body and pivotally connected to the frame; a shank supporting member corresponding to the corresponding shank of the human body, pivotally connected to the thigh supporting member, and having a pedal to be stepped on by the human body; a knee supporting member corresponding to the corresponding knee of the human body and provided at the thigh supporting member or the shank supporting member; and a transmission device for driving the shank supporting member to move. Thus, a patient can do lower-limb gait rehabilitation exercise without using a suspension system.
