On the front part facing the rotor (16), the plate-shaped element (18) is provided with a shaped central recess 26 which circularly extends and having an undulated external profile from which a plurality of additional recesses (32) radially extend. The opposite rear part of the plate-shaped element (18) is provided with an integral tang (24) engaging with the plate (22).
