摘要： In a transceiver, on a top surface of a rectangular plate-shaped substrate, transmission radiating elements and receiving radiating elements are provided. The transmission radiating elements extend in the horizontal or lateral direction from the center of the substrate. The receiving radiating elements extend in the vertical or longitudinal direction from the center of the substrate. Inductors included in a matching feeding element are individually electromagnetically coupled to transmission-side feeding points that are inner end portions of the transmission radiating elements and receiving-side feeding points that are inner end portions of the receiving radiating elements. A transmission signal is transmitted with a wave polarized in the horizontal or lateral direction, and a signal having a vertical or longitudinal polarization direction is received.

摘要： A voltage control oscillator includes an oscillator circuit for oscillating in a plurality of frequency bands, an amplifier circuit for amplifying an oscillation signal from the oscillator circuit, a control terminal from which a control voltage is applied to the oscillator circuit, a power supply terminal of the oscillator circuit, a power supply terminal of the amplifier circuit, and an output terminal through which an output signal is output. The amplifier circuit includes a resistance changing unit connected between the emitter of an amplifier transistor and the ground, in which a resistor is connected in parallel to a series circuit including a resistor and a switch, so as to reduce current flow when an apparatus incorporating the oscillator is not working.

A conductive member is applied to the inner surfaces of the indentations to form input and output terminals, namely a power voltage terminal, a voltage control terminal, a modulation terminal, and an output terminal. By placing these terminals at the corners of the substrate, sufficient distances are provided between the input terminals and the output terminals so as to prevent interference between these terminals.
