摘要： The present invention provides a method for performing plastic surgery comprising the steps of: obtaining a substantially three dimensional image of the target body part or area; manipulating the substantially three dimensional image of the target body part or area into a desired shape or profile; and making a mold of the desired shape or profile. The method may further comprise using the mold of the desired shape or profile during the procedure as a guide for placing an implant into the target body part or area and/or using the mold of the desired shape or profile after the plastic surgery to effect or maintain the desired shape or profile of the target body part or area. The present invention further extends to a mold of the desired shape or profile made according to the procedure.
