Predetermined electronic components are arranged in advance onto a pallet in a predetermined sequence by an automatic on-pallet arranging unit provided separately from the processing cells, and the pallet is supplied into the processing cells.

A source data management file created by CAD data for a printed circuit board, an inventory parts management file, a cartridge management file and an SMT line information file which includes manufacturing conditions of the SMT manufacturing equipment and equipment arrangement are registered in a database. An SMT set-up support unit creates a set-up instruction manual, which specifies set-up for manufacturing printed circuit boards on the SMT line, by referring to the various files that have been stored in the database. Further, a mounting data creating unit creates mounting data, which are for allowing the mounting machine to mount parts on printed circuit boards, using part setting position addresses of the mounting machine contained in set-up information and part mounting position coordinates contained in the source data management file.

摘要： The present invention provides a composition for forming a top anti-reflection coating and also provides a pattern formation method employing that composition. The composition prevents pattern failures caused by light reflected in the resist layer in the exposure step, and it further avoids troubles caused by residues produced in the etching step. The composition contains a solvent and fine particles having a mean particle size of 1 to 100 nm. In the pattern formation method of the present invention, a top anti-reflection coating is formed from the composition. The composition and the method according to the present invention can be used to form a composite film composed of a resist layer and a top anti-reflection coating.

The power-generating element includes a unit cell layer including a first electrode, a second electrode and an electrolyte layer disposed between the first and second electrodes. 摘要： A relay device using a conductive fluid and having excellent switching response is provided. This relay device mainly comprises a laminate having an interior space, and formed by bonding a semiconductor substrate to an insulating substrate, at least two contacts exposed to the interior space, a diaphragm portion facing the interior space, a conductive fluid sealed in the interior space, and an actuator for elastically deforming the diaphragm portion. By forming the diaphragm portion on the semiconductor substrate, it is possible to reduce a driving force of the actuator needed to elastically deform the diaphragm portion, and obtain a volume change of the interior space with good response. This volume change causes a positional displacement of the conductive fluid in the interior space, thereby forming a conductive state or a non-conductive sate between the contacts.
