    • A projection color television receiver set comprises three picture tubes juxtaposed to one another and producing red, green and blue light images which are projected through respective lenses onto a single screen to be reproduced as a single synthesized color picture. In order that rectangular rasters produced by the picture tubes disposed at both sides of the center picture tube are prevented from being deformed into trapezoidal rasters when projected on the screen, deflecting yokes used in the lateral picture tubes are provided with horizontal deflection winding in such arrangement that trapezoidal rasters are produced on faceplates of the laterally disposed picture tubes, respectively, which rasters are projected in a rectangular form on the single screen in alignment with the rectangular raster produced and projected from the center picture tube, whereby a color picture of an improved quality is reproduced on the screen, involving substantially no misconvergence. Auxiliary deflecting yokes and associated electric circuit of complicated configuration required heretofore to this end are spared.

    • A deflection yoke unit to be mounted on a cathode ray tube has a core on which a set of vertical deflection coils and a set of horizontal deflection coils are wound. A pincushion distortion correction device is provided for the deflection yoke unit. The correction device has a set of correction coils having a coil conductor mass quantity and an inductance which are smaller than those of the vertical deflection coil set and having a winding density distribution which is similar to that of the vertical deflection coil set. An upper and lower pincushion distortion correction current is passed through the correction coil set to correct upper and lower pincushion distortions in pictures displayed on a screen of the cathode ray tube. The core has, on its inner wall, slots in which windings of the horizontal deflection coil set, vertical deflection coil set and correction coil set for correction of the upper and lower pincushion picture distortions are received. A plurality of winding guide claw members having each two or three slots are attached to a front open end and a rear open end of the core, respectively. Front end conductors of the respective coil sets are separately placed in the slots at the front open end of the core and rear end conductors of the respective coil sets are separately placed in the slots at the rear open end of the core.

    • A fluoroelastomer is produced by the polymerization reaction of a fluorinated olefin using a ωH perfluorocarboxylic acid represented by the general formula: H(CF2)nCOOM (wherein M is hydrogen atom, alkali metal, or ammonium group; and n is 6, 7, or 8) or a salt thereof, as an emulsifier. The fluoroelastomer produced by the method of the present invention has a low Mooney viscosity ML1+10(121° C.) and thereby has an improved fluidity, which is essential for injection molding materials, as a result of the polymerization reaction of a fluorinated olefin using a ωH perfluorocarboxylic acid (salt) as an emulsifier. Accordingly, the productivity in injection molding can be improved. Moreover, there is neither remarkable decrease in the polymerization rate of the polymerization reaction nor deterioration of the physical properties of the vulcanizate, such as tensile strength, compression set characteristics, and hot tear resistance.

    • A holder for a spare spark plug for an internal combustion engine in a snowmobile is provided on an engine accessory such as an air intake silencer for the engine, and wherein the holder includes a receptacle for receiving the threaded electrode end of a spare spark plug and a clamp for the opposite terminal end of the spark plug. The terminal end clamp is configured to retain the spark plug against substantial axial movement out of the receptacle while permitting lateral displacement of the terminal end of the spark plug to permit removal of the spark plug from the receptacle. The holder and terminal end clamp may be integrally formed as one piece with an air intake silencer. The receptacle is configured to shield the electrode end of the spark plug when it is installed in the receptacle.
