A first party requests an amount of monetary value to be in one or more desired incremental monetary amounts, and provides a payment. A system administrator requests a personal identification number (PIN), which is associated, within an administrator database, with a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) that is located on one or more QwikCash tickets, which are thereby activated, and thereafter issued to the first party. The GUID is machine scannable, and each QwikCash ticket may comprise a textual reference denoting its incremental monetary amount, and a textual reference identifying issuance of the PIN. The first party may use the PIN and remit the QwikCash ticket: to a second party, as a person-to-person monetary transfer; to a merchant for making a purchase; or to a bank ATM in exchange for cash.

The job-seeker selects a distribution security scheme, which may include requiring a password to view data, and the program administrator encodes a bar code based upon inputted data and filter/security selections, and sends the bar code to the seeker, who forwards the bar code to one or more hiring entities, who use it and a password for online viewing of the seeker's personal data. The bar code is customizable to be hiring-entity-specific and to permit only selective viewing of the entire stored databank, and may also be subsequently disabled. The bar code facilitates seeker tracking of a time/date of data viewing.

摘要： A system and method for accessing the value associated with a pre-purchased amount of telecommunication-time for making telephone calls and for uses other than making telephone calls is provided. The system includes a computer system including a prepaid platform adapter for interfacing with a prepaid platform, and a financial network adapter for interfacing with a financial network. Unit minutes, having a value associated with the purchased amount of telecommunication-time, are convertible to telecommunication-time equivalents for making telephone calls and monetary equivalents for uses other than making telephone calls. A database, communicating with the computer, includes subscriber account information and transaction processing protocol information for each adapter. A remote input server, communicating with the computer, provides an input device to access the computer. The input device allows the subscriber to purchase the unit minutes, transfer the unit minutes to others (including non-subscribers) and redeem the unit minutes, and to use the unit minutes to purchase telephone minutes and redeem for goods and services.
