摘要： A composite coating steel sheet is disclosed which has good corrosion resistance, paintability and corrosion resistance after paint coating. The steel sheet comprises a plated base steel sheet, such as a galvanized, zinc alloy plated or aluminum plated steel sheet, and a chromate film formed on the plated base steel sheet. A composite silicate resin film is formed on the chromate film. The composite silicate film is composed of a reaction product of a colloidal silica, an organic resin and a silane compound.

摘要： A steel sheet with its surface prepared for paint coating is disclosed. The surface treated steel sheet comprises a base sheet, and an iron-zinc alloy film plated on the base sheet in an amount of at least 0.1 g/m.sup.2 and having an iron content of from 3 to 30%. A composite silicate resin film is coated on the iron-zinc alloy film in an amount of from 0.05 to 5.0 g/m.sup.2. The resin film is composed of an acrylic copolymer, an epoxy resin, a silica sol and a trialkoxysilane compound. The treated surface provides superior paintability, degrease resistance and corrosion resistance after pain coating.

This process comprises the steps of subjecting a surface of a steel plate having a plating layer of the zinc or aluminum type deposited thereon to a chromate treatment to form a chromate film, treating the steel plate with an organic composite silica solution comprising an epoxy resin in an amount exceeding a certain level as an indispensable component and a curing agent optionally incorporated therein to form an organic composite silicate film comprising colloidal silica, organic resin and silane formed on the chromate film, and heat-treating the steel plate at a specific temperature.

摘要： A paper feed apparatus of the present invention includes a pick mechanism for successively taking out, by use of a pick roller 1, a plurality of sheets of paper stacked on a chute from the bottom side thereof, leading ends of the sheets being aligned by means of a stopper block 2 in a state in which the sheets are stacked on the chute. Moreover, the apparatus includes a roller guide 11 and an abutment guide 12. When the roller guide 11 is raised to a paper setting position in a direction away from the pick roller 1, the roller guide 11 raises the leading ends of the sheets stacked on the chute to thereby prevent contact between the sheets and the pick roller 1. The abutment guide 12 aligns the leading ends of the sheets when the roller guide 11 is raised. When a pick operation is started, prior to retraction of the roller guide 11, sheet pressing operation of a pick arm 4 and retraction of the abutment guide 12 are performed, and then the sheets are taken out through a clearance formed between the distal end of the stopper block 2 and the pick roller 1.

摘要： [Problem] The object is to provide a resin film for metal sheet laminate which endures severe forming owing to excellent formability and impact resistance, and also to excellent adhesion after forming and heating, further gives stable performance independent of forming conditions, and also provides a laminated metal sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same.[Means for Resolution] The resin film for metal sheet laminate has a mixed resin in which a granular resin mainly existing in a state of grains having 0.1 to 5 μm in diameter is dispersed in a polyester resin having a main basic skeleton of polyethylene terephthalate and/or isophthalic acid copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, in a range from 3 to 30% by weight in entire resin. The granular resin is a modified polyolefin resin containing a functional group derived from carboxylic acid in a range from 2 to 20% by weight as carboxylic acid.
