摘要： A method and apparatus for incorporating feature substances into a still moist but already sufficiently consolidated paper web provides for directing a feature substance suspension onto the surface of the paper web as a laminar jet with low jet pressure. A special pressure control circuit ensures that the jet pressure is always constant regardless of the number of parallel feature substance suspension jets directed onto the paper web. This makes it possible to incorporate a great variety of line codings in paper under the same process conditions without any visible changes in fiber structure occurring in the paper.

摘要： The invention relates to a document of value, such as a paper of value, ID card or the like, having at least one authenticity feature in the form of a luminescent substance. The luminescent substance has particles consisting of a dye-laden molecular sieve whose structure forms an optical resonator. In said resonator at least one dye can be excited to show stimulated emission, the dye being incorporated in the cavities of the molecular sieve or located in or on the internal and external surfaces of the molecular sieve, and the transition to stimulated emission being accompanied by a detectable change in the luminescent properties of the dye.

摘要： A laser illuminating apparatus that illuminates a linear or strip-shaped area (S) of sheet material (B) with high radiant power contains a diode laser (2) whose output is followed by two mutually orthogonally oriented rod lenses (4, 6) whose focal length is small in comparison to their distance. Between the two rod lenses (4, 6) a laser light beam fan (L2) is formed. Said fan is focused by the second rod lens (6) on a narrow linear area (S). Behind said area the laser beams diverge at a large angle (α) so that the power density decreases accordingly rapidly. If the light falls on the retina of an observer's eye, the laser light is not focused pointwise but only linearly, which excludes injury to the eye due to the accordingly low power density.
