摘要： To provide a multilayer structure having high gas bather property and crack resistance as well as excellent fatigue resistance, an inner liner for a pneumatic tire using the multilayer structure, and a pneumatic tire comprising the inner liner. According to the present invention, the multilayer structure includes a barrier layer 2 made of polymer material with 50% or less elongation at break conforming to JIS K 7113 at 20° C. and 65% RH and an elastomer layer 3 made of polymer material with 100% or more elongation at break conforming to JIS K 7113 at 20° C. and 65% RH, wherein a plastic deformation amount at the time of 100% strain input is larger than a deformation amount at a tolerance point.

摘要： To provide a multilayer structure that may adhere to rubber material without the necessity of providing an adhesive layer, an inner liner and a pneumatic tire using the multilayer structure. According to the present invention, a multilayer structure 1 is formed by alternately laminating elastomer layers 3 containing thermoplastic elastomer and barrier layers 2 containing a gas barrier resin, wherein an outermost layer 4 laminated uppermost among layers constituting the multilayer structure 1 contains an elastomer component that may heat-adhere to diene rubber.

摘要： The present invention provides a multilayered structure where an A layer made of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (A) and a C layer made of a polypropylene resin (C) are laminated via a B layer made of an adhesive resin (B). The ethylene content of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (A) is 20 to 60 mol %, and the saponification degree of the resin (A) is at least 90%. The melt flow rate (MFR) of the polypropylene resin (C) at 230° C. under a load of 2160 g is in the range from 0.1 to 100 g/10 min, and the stereoregularity index [M5] of the polypropylene resin (C) is at least 0.950. Such a multilayered structure has excellent gas barrier properties and moldability.

This provides a multi-layer structure which allows effective reuse of regrind and which is excellent in impact resistance and gas barrier properties.

The layered structure comprises: a barrier layer made of a barrier resin (A); and an inner layer and an outer layer made of a thermoplastic resin (B) that is different from the barrier resin (A); wherein a ratio (X/Y) of a distance (X) between end portions of the barrier layer at a pinch-off part of the fuel container and an average thickness (Y) of the container body is at least 1/10000 and at most 1/10; and wherein a ratio (Y1/Y) between a total thickness (Y1) of the layers of the container body that are located on the inside with respect to the barrier layer and an average thickness (Y) of the container body is at least 3/10 and at most 7/10.

摘要： The molded component is formed by mixing or laminating a barrier resin (A) having a solubility parameter (calculated from the Fedors' equation) of more than 11 and a thermoplastic resin (B) having a solubility parameter (calculated from the Fedors' equation) of not more than 11. The molded component has excellent gasoline barrier properties and also excellent performance in thermal fusion properties and mechanical strength. The fuel container provided with such a molded component is significantly improved with regard to leakage of fuel from the molded component portion.
