摘要： Labeling machine of the stack fed type in which the labels are precut and arranged vertically in a horizontal stack. Pressure is applied to the rear of the stack to move the stack forwardly as the labels are dispensed to a label transfer mechanism such as a vacuum drum. Air is blown into the stack from the bottom at the forward end of the stack to separate the foremost label, which is picked up from the stack by a rotating vacuum wheel.

摘要： The present invention is directed to oligourethanes which are stable in storage at room temperature and either self cross-linking at elevated temperatures or capable of being cross-linked with organic polyisocyanates which may have at least partially masked isocyanate groups,(a) containing about 0.1 to 3% by weight of tertiary amine nitrogen atoms in the form of structural units corresponding to the following formula attached through urethane groups either in end positions and/or within the molecule: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms,R.sup.2 represents --C.tbd.N, --CO--NH.sub.2 --, --CO--NHR.sup.3, --CO--NR.sub.2.sup.3 or --COOR.sup.3 andR.sup.3 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally carrying inert substituents,(b) up to about 15% by weight of isocyanate groups and(c) up to about 15% by weight of masked isocyanate groups.The present invention is additionally directed to a process for the preparation of these oligourethanes and to their use for coating heat resistant substrates, optionally in admixture with organic polyisocyanates which may have masked isocyanate groups.

摘要： A sliding door suspension system and a sliding door assembly for supporting a heavy sliding door from a door frame includes a rail horizontally mounted to the door frame. The suspension system includes a roller assembly which rollingly engages the rail and supports the heavy door. The roller assembly includes an axle or shaft having a bearing surface. The axle has at least one threaded end for securing the roller assembly and for attaching the roller assembly to a door hanger from which the heavy door is suspended. The roller assembly further includes a roller with a concentric hollow bore for seating a bearing assembly or bushing through which the axle extends in supportive engagement with the bearing assembly. The rail has a convex arcuate upper roller guide surface. The roller has a concave arcuate roller guide engaging surface which conforms to and engages the upper surface of the rail. The roller assembly also includes a door height and alignment adjusting member which threadably engages the axle. In one embodiment, the door height adjusting member comprises an eccentric sleeve, whereas in an alternative embodiment, the door height adjusting member comprises an adjuster block.

摘要： The present invention relates to coating compositions based on polyurethane polymers and melamine- and/or urea-formaldehyde resins as cross-linking agents. At least a portion of the chain lengthening agent used to prepare the polyurethane polymers is based on 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid amide. 摘要： An apparatus and method are provided for coating a particulate material. A mixer defines a mixing chamber and receives a particulate material. An agitator includes a plurality of arms projecting radially outward from the shaft and a plurality of paddle blades positioned on the ends of the arms. The blades are formed such that the particulate material in the mixing chamber is directed in a rotational direction, a radially inward direction and an axial direction within the mixing chamber. A material feed system is provided for delivering a first coating material into the mixing chamber during rotation of the agitator, a polymer material during mixing of the coated particulate material and a reaction material for causing a reaction between the colorant feed and the polymer feed for creating an encapsulated particulate material.
