    • A torque-adjusting machine includes a securing fixture, a torque-detecting mechanism, a driving device and an adjusting mechanism. The securing fixture is capable of retaining a first bracket of a hinge. The driving device is capable of retaining a second bracket of the hinge. The torque-detecting mechanism is connected to the securing fixture and capable of detecting torque of the hinge through rotating the first bracket of the hinge relative to the second bracket of the hinge. The adjusting mechanism includes an adjusting pole. The adjusting pole is capable of moving from a first position, where the adjusting pole is capable of engaging with the hinge and adjusting the torque of the hinge by rotation, to a second position, where the adjusting pole is capable of being disengaged from the hinge.

    • A torque testing device is for testing the torque of a hinge. The torque testing device includes a main board, two sidewalls respectively located at two sides of the main board, and a loading board rotatably mounted between the sidewalls. The loading board is for retaining the hinge. Additionally, a sensor is mounted on the loading board. a measuring element is mounted on the sensor, and a testing ring is mounted on the main board. The hinge is rotated to drive the loading board to rotate relative to the sidewalls so the measuring element move toward and presses the testing ring, thereby the testing ring applies torque to the measuring element and the sensor senses the torque applied to the measuring element, which is equal to the torque of the hinge being tested.

    • A stress test apparatus used for testing torque between a top portion and a bottom portion of an electronic device. The stress test apparatus includes a console, a rotary table, a lifting pole, a traversing arm, a securing fixture and torque sensor. The rotary table is located on the console for retaining the bottom portion. The lifting pole extends from the console. The traversing arm is gearingly engaged to the lifting pole to adjust a height of the traversing arm relative to the console. The securing fixture clasps the top portion of the electronic device. The torque sensor is fixed between the traversing arm and the securing fixture. The bottom portion is rotated relative to the top portion with rotation of the rotary table, and the torque sensor is capable of detecting needed for rotating the top portion relative to the bottom portion.

The machine secures the electronic devices and includes a sensing unit and a servo unit, the sensing unit obtains different test parameters of the electronic devices to generate corresponding sensed signal. The control module includes a signal conversion unit electrically connected to the sensing unit and a main control circuit, the main control circuit is electrically connected to the signal conversion unit and the servo unit. The signal conversion unit converts the sensed signal into corresponding command signal, and the main control circuit drives and controls the servo unit to adjust the motion state and test strength on the electronic device according to the command signal.

The machine includes a number of servo modules and a number of sensing units. The servo modules drive and control the corresponding moving parts on the machine. The axis control card is electrically connected to the moving parts, the machine, and the sensing units. The axis control card receives location information of each moving part and processes the location information to generate a corresponding command signal, and transmits the generated command signal to the servo modules to control and adjust the moving parts.
