摘要： A method of manufacturing a liposome-containing preparation is disclosed, comprising (a) mixing one or more constituents of a liposome membrane, an aqueous solution of a water-soluble chemical and supercritical carbon dioxide at a temperature of 32 to 65° C. in a pressure vessel, and (b) evacuate the carbon dioxide to form an aqueous dispersion of liposomes enclosing an aqueous solution of a water-soluble chemical, wherein the constituents include at least one phospholipid exhibiting a transition temperature.

The present invention provides a micro-reactor for biological substance inspection including a sample storage section, a reagent storage section, a sample pre-processing section, a micro-pump connecting section and a branched minute flow path. And a sample pre-processed by the sample pre-processing section is fed into the minute flow path branched off into at least two parts by a micro-pump and a liquid dividing section, and on the downstream side of each of the branched minute flow paths, the sample is fed to a flow path constituting a reaction site, and then to a flow path constituting the detection site, thereby providing simultaneous measurement of a plurality of items of a sample.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a polyester film is disclosed which comprises a polyester film before completion of orienting crystalization and, provided thereon, a sublayer comprising a copolymer containing 70 to 99.5 wt % of vinylidene chloride, and an antistatic layer comprising an ionic polymer, in that order. A coating solution is coated on the polyester film to form the sublayer with a dry thickness of 1 to 20 g/m.sup.2. The total solid content of the coating solution is not less than 4 wt %, and the coating solution contains a latex of the copolymer with an average particle size of 0.05 to 0.3 .mu.m. Heat is applied at a temperature not less than 30.degree. higher than the melting point of the copolymer, and the antistatic layer is formed on the sublayer.

Further, there are provided a control means that switches the direction of liquid-feeding for a liquid containing bacterial genes fed to carrier filling section 4, a check valve, amplified reagent storage section 7 and a cooling means such as Pertier element that cools reagent mixing section.
