    • A digital camera body to which a lens unit having an image taking optical system is attachable. The camera body has a shake detector detecting a camera shake on the digital camera and outputting a shake detection signal, a blur compensator compensates for a blur, due to the camera shake, of a subject light image projected onto an image capturing surface of an image sensor provided in the camera body, based on an inputted blur compensation amount, a focal length deriver obtaining an overall focal length of the image taking optical system, by use of the information on the focal length obtained from the lens unit, and a blur compensation controller deriving the blur compensation amount for compensating for the blur based on the overall focal length of the image taking optical system and the shake detection signal, and outputting the blur compensation amount to the blur compensator.

    • In an optical unit such as AF sensor used in a camera, a sensor module is directly fixed on a flexible printed circuit substrate in a manner so that an array of photo-sensing devices formed on the sensor chip is directly connected to conductive patterns on the flexible printed circuit substrate. The printed circuit substrate with the sensor module is held by a sensor holder, and the sensor holder is fixed on an exit opening of a base member of the optical unit in a manner so that the photo-sensing surface of the sensor chip is perpendicular to an optical axis of optical elements such as lenses held on the base member.

    • An object is to provide an immunoassay method requiring neither a solid-phase immobilization step nor a washing step, enabling quick and simple quantitative measurement of a target substance in a liquid phase and capable of visualizing an antigen. Such an object is attained by measuring the concentration of a target antigen present in a test substance by sequentially performing a step (a) of bringing an antibody light-chain variable region polypeptide and an antibody heavy-chain variable region polypeptide labeled with a fluorescent dye into contact with an antigen in a test substance in a liquid phase; or bringing an antibody heavy-chain variable region polypeptide and an antibody light-chain variable region polypeptide labeled with a fluorescent dye into contact with an antigen in a test substance in a liquid phase; a step (b) of measuring the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent dye; and a step (c) of computationally obtaining the level of the antigen contained in the test substance with reference to a positive correlation between the concentration of the antigen in a liquid phase and the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent dye.
