    • A technique of being capable to decrease the number of times of delivery and receipt of information on a common channel setup between a base station equipment and a base station control equipment. A communication system includes base station equipment and a base station control equipment which controls the base station equipment. The base station control equipment is capable of supplying information necessary for the common channel setup to the base station equipment, and the base station equipment produces a track-record notification signal indicating a track record of the common channel setup while performing the common channel setup on the basis of the information. The base station control equipment does not supply the information necessary for the common channel setup when receiving the track-record notification signal from the base station equipment.

    • A wireless base station (11) includes a wireless communication unit (17) and a clock signal generation unit (20). The clock signal generation unit (20) includes a voltage-controlled oscillation unit (21) that outputs a clock signal of an oscillating frequency according to an inputted control voltage, a time information generation unit (22) that generates time information based on the clock signal, a time information comparison unit (23) that compares the time information with reference time information; and a control voltage instruction unit (24) that instructs a control voltage according to the comparison result to the voltage-controlled oscillation unit (21). Accordingly, the oscillating frequency of the clock signal can be kept easily and highly precisely.

    • It is intended to provide a novel artificial sueded leather having flame retardance, which is excellent inflame retardance, light resistance and abrasion resistance, suffers from no water spot and is free from any halogenated chemical (i.e., one having been treated with a so-called non-halogenated flame retardant), and a method of producing the same. The above artificial sueded leather comprises a thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth made of a woven fabric, a knitted web or a nonwoven fabric, which has a raised-fiber or napped-fiber surface and has been impregnated with a polyurethane resin, and a flame retardant which contains at least a phosphate compound A having a solubility in water of 1% or less, a vinyl group-containing resin C capable of forming a carbonization skeleton in burning and a water-insoluble thickener D and is imparted to one face of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth. A method of producing the artificial sueded leather as described above comprises imparting an flame retardant, which contains at least a phosphate compound A having a solubility in water of 1% or less, a vinyl group-containing resin C capable of forming a carbonization skeleton in burning and a water-insoluble thickener D, to one face of a thermoplastic synthetic fiber cloth made of a woven fabric, a knitted web or a nonwoven fabric which has a raised-fiber or napped-fiber surface and has been impregnated with a polyurethane resin.
