摘要： The stator includes a plurality of concentrated winding coils disposed coupled into an annular form through yokes, and a plurality of conductors that couple the coil ends of the concentrated winding coils to each other in a multi-phase connection fashion. Conductors for a U-phase, a V-phase, a W-phase, and neutral points P are each formed of a plurality of holes for inserting therethrough coil ends and are substantially circular with different diameters, and are disposed on the same plane. A connection plate provided with a wall is inserted between the conductors and the concentrated winding coils. A rotating machine includes the above-mentioned stator and a rotor that is rotatable within the stator.

摘要： In a distribution winding stator using a coil for a rectangular conductor, a coil end is made smaller than before, and the reduction in the current density is aimed, so that a rotary electric machine of a small size and a high power output is obtained. A conductive wire of a rectangular shape in cross section is double-wound, and is allowed to be shifted by the whole width of the wire having double-wound the crowns of both ends, and is formed to crank shape so as to become a length within the range of the intervals of the adjacent slots, so that the conductive wire is formed by being inserted into the slot of the stator.

摘要： A concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises a plurality of coil layers each of which comprises a plurality of wire turns wound in alignment winding; and a bobbin comprising an inner flange, an outer flange and a bobbin body on which the wire is wound, wherein: each of the coil layers includes a turn shift portion where the wire is shifted from an n-th turn to an (n+1)-th turn; the turn shift portion is located only on a side of a coil end section of the coil; and the bobbin body has no guide grooves. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing the concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises steps of: winding the wire on the bobbin; and pressing the wire by a wire guiding/holding member toward the inner flange or toward the outer flange.

摘要： The invention provides a distributed winding stator using a rectangle conductor as coil, realizing a miniaturized coil end and reduced current density compared to the prior art stator, so as to obtain a miniaturized rotation electric machine with high power. The distributed winding stator is formed by wave winding a conductor source wire having a rectangular cross-section, wherein the wire is cranked so that parietal regions on both ends are displaced corresponding to the width of the source wire and that the length is within the range of intervals between adjacent slots, and inserting the wave winding coil into slots of the stator.

The coils that form respective stator magnetic poles have angular widths in circumferential direction of less than 180° of electrical angle, the coils that form the respective two stator magnetic poles are provided so as not to mutually overlap and are wound so that adjacent ones of the stator magnetic poles have mutually opposite polarities, and, in the stator, each winding of each coil consists of an external bridge wire, a turn portion, an internal bridge wire, and a turn portion, in that order.
