    • Cassettes contain electronic parts. First and second feeders are operative for feeding the electronic parts from the cassettes. A first mounting head has sucking nozzles for picking up the electronic parts fed by the first feeder. A second mounting head has sucking nozzles for picking up the electronic parts fed by the second feeder. A table arrangement is operative for holding a printed circuit board. The first and second mounting heads are alternately moved along a first direction to a region above the printed circuit board on the table arrangement. The table arrangement includes a mechanism for moving the printed circuit board on the table arrangement in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Also, the table arrangement includes a mechanisms for rotating the printed circuit board on the table arrangement about an axis perpendicular to both the first and second directions. The sucking nozzles of the first mounting head place the electronic parts on the printed circuit board on the table arrangement when the first mounting head is in the region above the printed circuit board. The sucking nozzles of the second mounting head place the electronic parts on the printed circuit board on the table arrangement when the second mounting head is in the region above the printed circuit board.

    • A chip-type electronic part storage casing includes a storage portion for storing chip-type electronic parts in a loose condition; an opening formed in a lower surface of the storage portion for discharging the electronic parts; a shutter for opening and closing the opening; and a scatter prevention member within the storage portion for preventing the electronic parts from being scattered in the storage portion. Additionally, a supply cassette includes a hopper provided at a lower portion thereof and having a storage portion for storing chip-type electronic parts charged therein through an opening in an upper surface thereof, a central portion of the storage portion being recessed to provide an inclined surface for gathering the electronic parts; an interrupting plate mounted within the storage portion in an inclined manner, a gap for allowing the passage of the electronic parts therethrough formed between one end of said interrupting plate and the inclined surface of the storage portion; a discharge pipe for discharging the electronic parts, the discharge pipe extending from the exterior of the hopper through a lower surface of the hopper to the storage portion, and being connected to the storage portion; a slide pipe slidably fitted on an outer periphery of the discharge pipe; and engagement ribs formed on the upper surface of the storage portion. A chip-type electronic part storage casing is further connected to an upper portion of the hopper through the engagement ribs.

    • One terminal 3a of the DC motor 3 is connected to the power supply terminal 301, and the other terminal 3b of the DC motor 3 is connected to the ground terminal 302 through the FET 1. The FET 2 is connected between the terminal 3a and terminal 3b of the DC motor 3. A reversal input terminal of the comparator 6 is connected to the terminal 3a of the DC motor 3, and a non-reversal input terminal of the comparator 6 is connected to the terminal 3b of the DC motor 3. The output terminal of the comparator 6 is connected to the gate of the FET 2 through the switch SW1. The CPU 200 supplies a control signal FV which is changed at a predetermined period T according to the speed signal supplied from the receiver 100, to the gate of the FET 2 through the driver 7. When the counter electromotive force is generated in the DC motor 3, the comparator 6 supplies a high level control signal RD to the gate of the FET 2 through the switch SW1.

    • A laser ablation device for forming a thin film includes a vacuum chamber having a gas introduction port through which an oxidating gas is introduced into the chamber, and a light-transmittable section, a target holder disposed in the vacuum chamber for holding a target made of a film forming material of an oxide, an object holder confronting the target holder for holding an object on which the thin film is to be formed, a short wavelength laser which emits a first short wavelength laser light passing to the target in the vacuum chamber through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber, and a short wavelength laser light irradiating device for irradiating the object with a second short wavelength laser light passing into the vacuum chamber through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber. The second short wavelength laser light has an intensity lower than that of the first short wavelength laser light irradiating the target. Alternatively, a short wavelength laser light passing device causes the second short wavelength laser light to pass through the light-transmittable section from outside of the vacuum chamber and then to pass in the vicinity of a surface of the object in the vacuum chamber as approximately parallel to the surface of the object.
