At a load input portion of a rocker, a sectional surface area, that is orthogonal to the vehicle longitudinal direction, of a rocker outer panel is greater than a sectional surface area, that is orthogonal to the vehicle longitudinal direction, of a rocker inner panel. Accordingly, load is sufficiently distributed and inputted to the rocker outer panel. Accordingly, a bending moment, that bends toward a vehicle transverse direction inner side at the rocker inner panel, is suppressed.
