摘要： To provide a sliding member that exhibits excellent durability and is free of lead. A swash plate for a compressor as the sliding member of the invention contains a base material having on the surface thereof a sliding layer constituting at least a sliding surface, on which shoes slide. The sliding layer contains a first layer that contains an amorphous hard carbon (diamond-like carbon) film containing Si (DLC-Si film) and is formed on the base material, and a second layer that is formed on the first layer and contains polyamideimide (PAI) containing a solid lubricant such as MoS2.

摘要： A compressor has a swash plate and shoes. Surfaces of the swash plate slides on flat surfaces of the shoes. A sliding film is formed on each of the swash plate surfaces. The sliding films are formed of a polyamide-imide resin that contains at least solid lubricant. The polyamide-amide resin has a glass transition temperature of 270° C., a tensile strength at room temperature of 200 MPa, or more imide groups than amide groups. When a base portion of the swash plate is made of an aluminum-based metal, the sliding films are formed on the base portion with middle layers made of anodized aluminum in between.

摘要： The present invention provides a refrigerating machine oil composition for use in a compressor for a refrigerator in which a sliding surface of at least a part of constitutional members of the compressor is coated with a lubrication film-forming composition containing a resin having a heat distortion temperature of 100° C. or higher as a binder, and a solid lubricant, wherein the refrigerating machine oil composition contains a base oil made of a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a kinematic viscosity of from 3 to 50 mm2/s as measured at 100° C., and a compound selected from the group consisting of amide compounds, amidated amino acid compounds and aliphatic amines having a specific structural formula which compound is contained in an amount of from 0.01 to 1% by mass on the basis of a total amount of the refrigerating machine oil composition, the refrigerating machine oil composition being capable of ensuring a good lubrication of sliding portions of the compressor upon starting operation of the compressor and during the operation; a compressor using the refrigerating machine oil composition; and a refrigerating apparatus including the compressor.

摘要： The invention provides a compressor swash plate which is lead-free and is able to demonstrate a superior durability. A compressor swash plate in the invention includes a base member and a sliding layer being formed on the surface of the base member and constituting at least a sliding surface for allowing a shoe to slide thereon. The sliding layer is formed by thermal spraying Cu-based-MnS by HVOF thermal spraying method. A method of manufacturing the compressor swash plate according to the invention includes a step of thermal spraying powder formed of Cu-based-MnS onto the base member by the HVOF thermal spraying method to form the sliding layer which constitutes at least the sliding surface which allows the shoe to slide thereon on the base member. More specifically, the Cu-based-MnS is Cu-Ni-MnS.

摘要： Disclosed is an EPDM composition for molding sealing materials, containing a plasticizer; the plasticizer being a paraffinic oil or naphthenic oil in which the absolute value of the difference between its SP value (solubility parameter; determined by Small's formula) and the SP value of EPDM is 0.3 (cal/cm3)1/2 or less; and the composition being free of an ether ester plasticizer. The EPDM composition for molding sealing materials has the following excellent effects. Because a paraffinic oil or naphthenic oil that is compatible with EPDM and has an absolute value of the difference between its SP value and the SP value of EPDM of 0.3 (cal/cm3)1/2 or less is used as the plasticizer, a peroxide crosslinked product of the EPDM composition does not form defects that cause the starting point of blisters even when it is subjected to extraction by being brought into contact with HFO-1234yf. Accordingly, the peroxide crosslinked product, when used as a sealing material, particularly a compressor sealing material, exhibits excellent blister resistance to a hydrofluoroolefin refrigerant, such as HFO-1234yf.
