    • Method for forming a wiring in a semiconductor device having a cell array region and a peripheral region, which allows to form a micron pattern below a critical resolution of an exposure, including the steps of (1) forming a conduction layer and a sacrificial wiring layer on a substrate in succession, (2) selectively removing the sacrificial wiring layer to form a virtual wiring line having a sloped end portion, (3) forming sidewall insulating films at sides of the virtual wiring line excluding the sloped end portion, (4) removing the virtual wiring line entirely, (5) forming a mask layer on regions of the pad and peri region pads and other wirings are to be formed thereon, and (6) using the mask layer and the sidewalls in removing the conduction layer selectively, to form a micron pattern.

    • Disclosed is an image projecting apparatus having a cooling device, which cools heat generated from a plurality of light sources respectively emitting light of different colors and heat generated from a display device simultaneously, while effectively dispersing the heat. The image projecting apparatus includes a projecting system which projects light; a display device disposed in series with the projecting system; an optical system disposed in parallel with the projecting system, and including a plurality of light sources which transmit the light to the display device and generate heat when the light is transmitted to the display device; a heat dissipation device disposed at an outer edge of the optical system which dissipates the heat generated from the plurality of light sources; and a cooling fan disposed opposite to the display device, which inhales air and discharges the air to the heat dissipation device.

    • An apparatus and method for processing AAL2 supporting multiple virtual channels in a mobile communication system is disclosed. The present invention includes transmitting part including a first memory for storing ATM cells having the same destination according to corresponding destination information, where the transmitting part multiplexes user data items transmitted from a plurality of AAL2 users into one ATM cell according to corresponding destination information and transfers it to the ATM layer; and a receiving part including a second memory for storing mini-cells having destinations by users according to corresponding destination information, where the receiving part demultiplexes each ATM cell transmitted from the ATM layer to deconstruct it into mini-cells by users according to corresponding destinations and transmits them to corresponding AAL2 users. Accordingly, the accommodation capacity of the communication system increases and transmission rate rises, providing stable communication service.
