摘要： The invention relates to a mixer for an exhaust gas system for mixing an additive into an exhaust gas flow of an internal combustion engine, having a first shell and at least a second shell which are arranged successively in the circumferential direction in relation to a center axis, each shell having at least two shell edges that are arranged offset in the circumferential direction and which each form a flow edge, wherein the flow edges of two circumferentially adjacent shell edges of two different shells delimit an inflow opening, such that at least one pipe end arranged coaxially with the center axis is provided with a circumferential pipe profile that has a nominal radius Rn and is used for connection to an exhaust pipe, the pipe end being formed by the circumferentially adjacent shells.

摘要： A mixer arrangement for an exhaust gas system, having an inlet opening through which an exhaust gas mass flow (A) can be guided, and a mixer for swirling the exhaust gas, which has at least one inflow opening that is fluidically connected to the inlet opening, wherein at least one first portion (A1) of the exhaust gas mass flow (A) can be guided through the mixer via the at least one inflow opening, an injection device by means of which an additive can be injected, and a bypass having at least one throughflow opening which is fluidically connected to the inlet opening and through which a second portion (A2) of the exhaust gas mass flow (A) can be guided past the mixer, there being provided at least one regulating body by means of which a flow cross-section Q in the mixer arrangement can be varied such that a ratio V with (formula I) can be varied.

摘要： The disclosure refers to a static mixer for use in an exhaust system for a combustion engine and for the mixing of an additive injected into an exhaust system. The mixer consists of a tubular housing encircling a central axis X. The housing comprises an input opening at the end in the direction of central axis X and at the opposite end an outlet opening, whereby the inlet opening is used for the supply of additive injected into the exhaust system. The housing is closed in the section of the inlet opening and in the section of the outlet opening in circumferential direction around the central axis X. The static mixer is designed to generate little counterpressure, to guarantee rapid and complete reducing agent preparation and at the same time to be resistant to production tolerances. For this purpose, housing forms a tubular segment related to an XY plane parallel to central axis X of mixer and at right angles to a main flow direction S downstream of the XY plane, which features several openings as perforations orientated in radial direction to central axis X and a tubular segment downstream of the XY plane which features a recess in which several guiding plates are arranged.
