摘要： The present invention relates to the efficient expression of HIV polypeptides in a variety of cell types, including, but not limited to, mammalian, insect, and plant cells. Synthetic expression cassettes encoding the HIV Gag-containing polypeptides are described, as are uses of the expression cassettes in applications including DNA immunization, generation of packaging cell lines, and production of Env-, tat- or Gag-containing proteins. The invention provides methods of producing Virus-Like Particles (VLPs), as well as, uses of the VLPs including, but not limited to, vehicles for the presentation of antigens and stimulation of immune response in subjects to whom the VLPs are administered.

A first identifier value (202A, 222A, 242A, 262A, 282A, 306A) is stored on an external surface of the housing and a second identifier value (202B, 222B, 242B, 262B, 282B, 306B) is stored within the memory. A digital signature (210, 256, 296) generated in response to the first and second identifier values and in response to a private key (208, 254, 288) is stored on the storage device. Thereafter, the first identifier value is retrieved from the external surface of the housing and the second identifier value is retrieved from the memory. The storage device is authenticated using the retrieved first and second identifier values, the digital signature and a public key (228, 274, 312).

摘要： A method for amplifying a burst optical signal, a burst optical amplifier and system, and a communications system are provided according to embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: combining an auxiliary light and a signal light into a mixed light and outputting the mixed light, where the auxiliary light is a non-burst light, the signal light is a burst light, and power of the auxiliary light is set to be independent from power of the signal light; generating a pump light; and combining the pump light with the mixed light and inputting the combined light into a gain medium, so as to obtain an amplified mixed light. Present invention has the following advantages: reducing the delay time of enabling the burst optical amplifier, improving the transient response speed of the burst optical amplifier, and preventing the generation of a surge phenomenon, so as to prevent the generation of signal distortion.

摘要： Provided are the use of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-butyl methacrylate) in preparing an embolism material for blood vessels, an embolism material for blood vessels and the use thereof in preparation of drugs. The embolism material for blood vessels comprises poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-butyl methacrylate) and a dispersion medium consisting of an electrolyte, a contrast agent, a pH regulator and water. The concentrations of the polymer, electrolyte and contrast agent are respectively 5-30 mg/ml, 0.1-30 mg/ml and 100-350 mg/ml based on iodine. The embolism material for blood vessels is suitable for embolization therapy of tumors in hypervascular and parenchymal visceral organs.

The method includes: monitoring an input status of a signal light; when no signal light is input, controlling output power of a pump light so that a gain medium has output optical power and the output optical power is less than a maximum optical power that the gain medium is capable of outputting when a signal light is input; inputting the pump light into a wavelength division multiplexer so that the wavelength division multiplexer combines the signal light and the pump light and inputs the combined light into the gain medium. With the preceding manners, when no signal light is input, the power of the pump light is controlled.
