    • A vehicle power unit supporting apparatus supports a transversely-mounted power unit having a power source and a speed reduction gear connected to each other. The power unit is supported on a vehicle body by at least a power-source-side mount and a speed-reduction-gear side mount on both of the left and right sides in the vehicle width direction. These mounts are disposed at a position higher than a position of the center of gravity of the power unit. Spring axis lines of the power-source side mount and the speed-reduction-gear side mount are inclined to intersect with each other at a position higher than the position of the center of gravity of the power unit when the vehicle is viewed from the front. An elastic center of the entire power unit supporting apparatus is located at a position lower than the position of the center of gravity of the power unit.

    • A vehicle vibration-proof apparatus for supporting an engine and preventing transmission of vibrations from the engine includes an elastic member for connecting a first mounting member to be mounted to an engine with a second mounting member to be mounted to a vehicle body. The second mounting member includes a resinous bracket, having a tubular part and mounting parts for being mounted to the vehicle body, and a metal reinforcing bracket to be mounted to the tubular part for reinforcing the tubular part. The tubular part has a part, which is not reinforced longitudinally, between the mounting parts and a part thereof to which the metal reinforcing member is mounted.

    • A vehicular fluid sealed engine mount 10 includes a first mount member 11 to be mounted on an engine EG, a second mount member 12 to be mounted on a body BD, a resilient member 13 which connects between the first and second mount members, a diaphragm 14 fixed to the second mount member far away from the resilient member, a fluid chamber 15 defined by the resilient member and the diaphragm and a partition member 18 fixed to the second mount member in such a manner as to partition the fluid chamber into a main fluid chamber 16 and an auxiliary fluid chamber 17. The second mount member and the partition member have brittle portions 45, 46 which are deformed or broken when a load En is applied thereto from a direction which intersects with an axial direction of the vehicular fluid sealed engine mount at right angles.
