摘要： A backlight module for curved liquid crystal display device and a curved liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The backlight module comprises a backplate, a light guide plate and a backlight source that are arranged in the backplate, and quantum tubes that are arranged between the light guide plate and the backlight source, wherein a fold line which matches a curved surface of the curved liquid crystal display device is formed by the quantum tubes. In the backlight module, the fold line that is formed by the quantum tubes can be fitted into a curved line so as to match the curved surface of the curved liquid crystal display device. The quantum tubes can be applied to the curved liquid crystal display device through this arrangement, whereby the color purity of the curved liquid crystal display device can be improved, and the color gamut thereof can be enlarged.

The backlight module includes a first light-emitting element; a clamper, which is provided with a curved groove and used for accommodating the first light-emitting element; and a light guide plate that is arranged outside the clamper and provided with a curved end surface which faces the first light-emitting element. The curved end surface and the curved groove are aligned with each other. The liquid crystal display device includes the aforesaid backlight module. The cost of the backlight module is relatively low. A curved liquid crystal display device provided with the backlight module can have a good display effect.

摘要： A light guide plate (LGP) includes a positioning block that includes a positioning block body and a liquid filled and hermetically sealed in a receiving compartment formed in the interior of the positioning block body. The liquid is expandable with a drop of temperature so as to increase a volume thereof and thus enlarge a size of the positioning block body through elasticity of the positioning block body. In this way, the LGP positioning block is adjustable with the variation of the surrounding temperature so as to achieve effective positioning of the light guide plate and providing high reliability of a liquid crystal display device including the light guide plate.

摘要： A backplane structure includes a backplane and a curved supporting frame. The curved supporting frame includes a first and a second region, wherein, a curvature radius of the second region is less than a curvature radius of the first region. The curvature radiuses of the supporting frame are evenly changed from the first region toward the second region. The backplane is a flat-thin sheet, and the supporting frame is installed at a surface of the backplane and bends the backplane to form a curved surface having an even curvature radius. A curved display device includes a display panel and a backplane structure. Different positions of the supporting frame provide different curvature radiuses to apply different supporting forces near or away from the supporting frame such that all positions of the backplane can maintain a target curvature radius. Curvature radiuses of the backplane structure and the curved display device are equal.

摘要： A back plate assembly with variable curvatures is disclosed. It comprises a flexible back plate, a connecting component, and an adjustment mechanism, and the adjustment mechanism comprises a connecting shaft disposed on the back plate, and the connecting component connects to the connecting shaft and abuts to the back plate, and the adjustment mechanism adjusts the connecting component on the connecting shaft to modulate clamping force of the back plate received from the connecting component. The back plate assembly can adapt to the backlight units and the display devices with different curvatures based on the requirement of the bend degree. Many kind of the back plate assemblies do not need to be manufactured to fit the backlight unit and the display device having different curvatures.

摘要： The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing a light guide plate (LGP) positioning block thereof. The LGP positioning block (9) of the liquid crystal display device includes a positioning block body (91) and liquid (93) hermetically sealed in the positioning block body (91). The positioning block body (91) possesses elasticity. In a low temperature, the liquid (93) is condensed and expanded so as to enlarge the size of the positioning block body (91) to compensate the reduction of the size of a light guide plate (3) due to contraction caused by cooling; and in a high temperature, the elasticity of the positioning block body (91) absorbs the expansion of the size of the light guide plate (3) caused by heating. The LGP positioning block (9) of the liquid crystal display device is adjustable with the variation of the surrounding temperature so as to achieve effective positioning of the light guide plate (3) thereby providing high reliability of the liquid crystal display device and stable taste of displayed images.

摘要： A sunlight collecting device provided in the present invention includes a lens substrate, a plurality of Fresnel lens, a connector substrate, a plurality of optical fiber connectors, and a light-tracking substrate. The lens substrate has a plurality of circular openings. The Fresnel lenses correspond to the circular opening and are disposed on the lens substrate. The connector substrate is disposed parallel to the lens substrate and away from the lens substrate with a focal length. The optical fiber connectors are adjustably disposed on the connector substrate. The light-tracking substrate is disposed between the lens substrate and the connector substrate for simultaneously rotating the lens substrate and the connector substrate such that the Fresnel lenses are directly opposite to the sunlight. An LCD using the sunlight as a backlight source is further provided in the present invention.

The cooling chip array (35) includes a plurality of cooling chips (2). Each of the cooling chips (2) includes a heat absorption surface (22) and an opposite heat dissipation surface (24). The heat absorption surface (22) and the heat dissipation surface (24) of each of the cooling chips (2) are respectively in engagement with the first and second bracing members (31, 33), whereby through energizing the cooling chip array (35), the first and second bracing members (31, 33) are respectively caused to undergo thermal expansion and contraction to achieve curving and deformation of the bracing assembly (3) so as to forcibly change the curvature of the backplane (1).
