摘要： An amplifying apparatus for a mobile station receiver is disclosed. A low-noise amplifier amplifies a received signal to a preset level. A controller detects a level of a signal corresponding to a first frame of the received signal output from the low-noise amplifier, and generates a control voltage according to the detected level. An attenuation determining resistor determines an attenuation of the received signal. A first switching element is connected in series to the attenuation determining resistor, and is turned ON according to the control voltage so as to attenuate the received signal through the attenuation determining resistor. An impedance compensation resistor is connected in parallel to the attenuation determining resistor, and compensates for a decrease in an impedance due to turn-ON of the first switching element. Further, a second switching element is connected in parallel to the impedance compensation resistor and the first switching element. The second switching element is turned ON according to the control voltage so as to provide the received signal to the low-noise amplifier without attenuation.

摘要： A low-noise amplifier for a mobile communication terminal maintains linearity with the least current consumption. A low-noise amplifier controller detects a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of a received signal, and outputs a control signal of a preset voltage when the SNR is lower than a predetermined SNR even though AGC AMP controller increases the AGC gain according to field strength. A bias circuit increases a bias current according to the control signal output from the low-noise amplifier controller. A low-noise amplifier amplifies the received signal to a preset level according to the bias current provided from the bias circuit.

摘要： A chemical solution is uniformly dispensed from a nozzle by N2 in spin-coating equipment. The dispensing apparatus includes a canister configured to receive a bottle containing the chemical solution, gas supply piping connecting a source of N2 to the inside of the canister, a pressure control valve disposed in the gas supply piping, a chemical supply line by which the bottle is connected to the nozzle, a pressure sensor for sensing the pressure of the chemical solution supplied from the bottle, and a controller that controls the pressure control valve on the basis of the pressure sensed by the pressure sensor. The controller opens the pressure control valve further when the value of the signal output by the pressure sensor is less than a value representative of the minimum of a predetermined pressure range, and closes the pressure control valve further when the value of the signal output by the pressure sensor is greater than a value representative of the maximum of the predetermined pressure range. The degree to which the pressure control is open is thus controlled by feedback from the pressure control sensor such that the pressure of the chemical solution remains substantially constant as it is dispensed from the nozzle.
