摘要： A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes alternately stacking mold insulating layers and sacrificial layers on a substrate; forming channel holes penetrating through the mold insulating layers and the sacrificial layers and allowing recessed regions to be formed in the substrate; cleaning a surface of the recessed regions in such a manner that processes of forming a first protective layer in an upper region of the channel holes and performing an anisotropic dry etching process on the recessed regions in a lower portion of the channel holes are alternately repeated one or more times, in-situ; and forming epitaxial layers on the recessed regions of the substrate.

摘要： A modular grill cooker that is easily installed in a multipurpose cooking apparatus, including an outer casing and an inner casing set in the outer casing. A heating unit is mounted to a heat reflecting plate fastened to the inner casing. A grilling unit is seated on a frame provided along upper edges of the inner and outer casings. An elastic piece is fitted over a projection on a back surface of the heating unit to mount the heating unit to the heat reflecting plate. A grease collecting unit is set in the inner casing to collect grease therein and reflect heat onto the grilling unit. First and second contact terminals are respectively provided on the outer casing and on the multipurpose cooking apparatus to supply electricity to the heating unit when the grill cooker is installed in the multipurpose cooking apparatus.

摘要： A steam generating apparatus, and an oven including the same. The apparatus includes a water tank adapted to enable convenient cleaning, and is adapted to heat water in the water tank via an induction heating method to generate steam rapidly. The water tank is provided with a steam discharging pipe. The apparatus further includes an induction coil assembly, an induction heating member fitted to the water tank such that it is located near the induction coil assembly, a barrier inserted into the water tank such that only a small amount of water is directly heated by the induction heating member which generates heat by the induction coil assembly, and a cover closing an upper portion of the water tank. The steam discharging pipe is connected with a steam supplying pipe which communicates a cavity with a cooking compartment to supply steam from the apparatus to the cooking compartment.

The grill cooker is removably set in a recess in an upper portion of the multipurpose cooking apparatus.
